Thank you to Premier Roofing. Our experience with the company was amazing. From the first contact to the final walk through when the project was complete. Our townhome community spent over a year trying to figure out our project and as soon I spoke with Jim Ayers I knew we found the company we should be working with. Our project was 88 homes with 18 buildings. We had several pre-planning meetings that involved many people in the company and even had a Zoom call with the entire community before the project started. Joey Reinhart was our on-site contact and Ethan Schaufler was the GM and both of these men were wonderful. Thank you Jim, Ethan and Joey for all your hard work and responsiveness before, during and even after the project. I would recommend Premier for any roofing projects.

Every element of the process was thoughtfully discussed and seemingly transparent. I was educated about the steps taken. Suggestions were given if I asked for them. Communication was strong. The roof looks fabulous, and the clean up was better than I anticipated. I will continue to recommend Premier! Thank you to all who helped, especially Jack!

From start to finish everything ran smoothly. Chris took care of everything for us and kept us up to date. Our city inspector said it was one of the best roof replacements he has seen. Would definitely recommend them.

Chris was so easy to work with and the entire process was smooth! Had my new roof installed within 3.5 weeks of the hail storm, so it was super fast as well! The guys that installed did an awesome job and spent extra time cleaning up the nails afterwards. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the finished product. My new roof is an upgrade to an architectural shingle and it looks amazing!! Definitely have peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about anything in the future. Thank you Premier!!

Premier Roofing Company replaced the roof on our HOA community pool. I am on the HOA board and was dealing with your representatives, Jim Ayers and Luke Farrar. As an organization, it is not always a joy to work with a company on a project like this. I was very happy and pleased with what I encountered with Premier Roofing Company. Jim was always in constant contact with me and our property management rep. Jim made the coordination of the project very easy. Dates, times, what to expect was always known. Even though there was a slight issue with the job, no fault of his team, Jim notified me of the situation, how long the delay would be and if his team working longer to complete the job would be an issue with the community. They were able to complete the job and clean up in one day. I was impressed! Jim contacted me the next morning to let me know that the job was completed and encouraged me to take a look at the work to make sure I was satisfied. I let him know that everything looked great. Jim contacted me again to schedule a walk through to make sure I was satisfied 100% and to answer any questions. In a world where customer service lacks good customer service, I give Jim, Luke, the team, and Premier Roofing, 2 thumbs up!! Thank you again, Dana HOA – President

Premier roofing field supervisor Chris Mills and installation supervisor Joey worked on getting my insurance claim got successful by working with my insurance of my roof that subjected to hail damage in last October. My claim was approved and within 2 weeks got the roof replacement project completed very successfully within my tight schedule. All m went very well in each and every steps. Worked very safe and workmanship as per SC code and well organized in less than the expected time frame of 2 days. All paper work required for the job was performed perfectly and Job was win win for all. The insurance company, Premier and myself. Very good people to work with Premier’s Chris Mills and Joey are great team work. I recommend them very highly.
