Theo Richard and his team were everything you could ask for in a roofing contractor. They helped guide us through the insurance process, explained the roof install process and products used. I would call Guideline again for any roofing needs.

On Thursday, September 28, 2023, I was mowing the yard and I got the mower stuck. Theo Richard was passing by the house and saw that I was in trouble with the mower so he stopped to help me. Theo explained that he was going to speak to one of my neighbors about installing a roof on his house. I was interested in this as my husband, David and I had tried to get our roof replaced. But we had been told that our roof had no hail damage. Theo offered to get a ladder and take a look at our roof. Once on the roof, Theo found that we did have hail damage. Theo took care of handling everything with the insurance company. The insurance company approved our claim and Theo and his team installed a new roof on our house. The roof looks great and David and I are satisfied and very pleased with their workmanship.

Great experience with Guideline Roofing! Theo was thorough with the options of my repair, professional, responsive to my questions and priced appropriately. Was prompt and completed the work in quoted time frame. Roof looks amazing! And they cleaned up after themselves- one of my pet peeves with contractors! I highly recommend their services.
