I found Jax Roofing after our previously planned roofer demonstrated some unethical practices. Jackson, Adam and Andrew met with me and worked to address all my concerns and get things back on track. From start to finish, they kept me informed, were on time, and did a great job. Ive had two hail damaged roofs replaced over the years, and this by far was the most professional experience I’ve had. Adam even met with me once the project was completed, went over the insurance claim line by line, and identified areas that the insurance company had not yet reimbursed me for (and that the insurance company was quick to apologize for after bringing the oversight to their attention.) This is a great team, and I’m glad I found them. If you want a roofer that is there for you from start to finish…and even after the project is completed, I recommend JAX.

Jax Roofing company did an excellent job replacing our hail damaged roof. The roof was replaced in a timely manner, the roofers protected,branches and outside furniture. Once roof was completed they did a thorough clean up and provided us with numbers to call if any issues came up.

Ryan, first and foremost, is the man. Typically, I run quotes through at least 3 different companies before executing work. Ryan has been on top of everything from the get go making claim painless and the entire process super easy. The roof is immaculate as well. My last roof was just over 6 years old and the last contractor jacked up quite a few things. Ryan picked up the errors and they got them resolved. They were quick and efficient and ensured they cleaned everything up. Over all an awesome experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I reached our to Sam to look at my roof since I had concerns from this year’s hail storm. He was on time, followed thru and was HONEST! I was pleased to hear that my roof was in good shape after I replaced it with the highest quality one 4 years ago. Thank you Sam and if anyone is looking for a long lasting roof class 4 is paying off.

Jackson is a sincere and has good interpersonal skills. There were delays in getting the work done, and sometimes lack of communication, but the roof looks great and I think Jackson is a good person.

Every once in a while you work with a company who repeatedly exceeds your expectations- Jax Roofing is THAT company. On time, on budget, responsive, professional, detail oriented, courteous and clean – Jax is the absolute best. I would not hesitate to use them again and I have already told all my friends about them. From start to finish, they are an amazing team to work with!!

Jax Roofing did an outstanding job of replacing our roof when it was damaged by hail. They are incredibly responsive, professional and have excellent workmanship. If you need your roof repaired or replaced I recommend calling Jax Roofing.
