Answered phone with professionalism and communicated repair and cost with pictures. Augustine and Jose were on time and completed work promptly. Also made some additional repairs I was unaware of. Showed pictures of everything. No surprises or bait and switch.

I contacted Brazos Valley Roofing Experts to come due to a leak I had in one of my bedrooms. I had originally contacted another company through my home warranty and they did NOTHING to look or correct my leak. Brazos Valley came out, assessed my roof issue and made a recommendation to correct the incorrectly laid shingles and replace roof vents that could possibly leak. They also did a complete roof inspection and re-caulked my remaining pipe jackets and left my roof clean after their work. I would highly recommend contacting Brazos Valley Roofing with any roof issues you have encounter. I know when it is time to replace my shingles I will be contacting them.

We have used Brazos Valley Roofing Experts for roof repairs, seamless gutters and downspouts, and flat lock leaf screens on our main house and shop in King Oaks. As their name “Experts” states, they perform excellent work, very professional, timely and very cost competitive. Communications were excellent and they are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or other home repairs!

When our roof needed to be replaced after sustaining hail damage, Agustin and his team were very professional. They communicated well and took time to explain the process. His team arrived on time and completed all the repairs when they said they would. Agustin sent before and after pictures of the roof and that was very helpful since we didn’t need to climb on the roof to check it ourselves. He went above and beyond to see to it that the gutters and stucco that had been damaged was repaired and the house was painted. I used them to find out about my roof repairs and about insurance and they came out and met with me and the insurance adjuster. They fingered our the problems, worked with the insurance company, and repaired my roof timely and completely I highly recommend BVRE for any roofing requirements you may have
