It can be daunting to find companies these days who stand by their product and are willing to work with customers even AFTER the invoice has been paid. We selected All-Tex Roofing after seeing recommendations on Nextdoor, and we could not have been more pleased. We had hail damage and needed a full roof replacement in mid 2021. Our house is an older house, and Matt made sure to work with us and answer all our questions, even about some rotten siding/trim we had that ran next to the roof. Matt is so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the job. He worked with us through the entire Insurance claim process. We had a few questions about six months after job completion, and he came out to make sure it was addressed. Having dealt with many different companies in the home improvement sector, I have to say, Matt/All-Tex stands out as excellent. He didn’t vanish after he received the insurance check, and he didn’t ignore us when we had concerns or brush us off (which others have done!). We are thankful that there are still companies out there like this!

Despite several weather delays for our roof replacement, Matt Browning regularly communicated with us to keep us informed about timing. When the day finally came (and the rain stayed away!), his team showed up on time, did their work effectively, and cleaned up the yard. This was done right as our house went on the market and Matt and his crew worked to finish quickly so as to not cause any delays.

Had a great experience with Matt and his crew! They did a great job at replacing my roof after a bad hail storm. He even fixed a few things my home builder did wrong. Highly recommend his company! Keep it local! Don’t waste your time and money with all these storm chasing companies ! PS. Feed your roofers breakfast! They will take good care of you!

Matt was so helpful after hail damaged the roof of the house I was selling (we were supposed to close the morning after the storm). He came out, determined the damage and reassured me he would do everything he could to meet the new closing date. His crew replaced my roof in record time and did a great job. The entire process was easy for me, thanks to Matt. I highly recommend All-Tex for your roofing needs!

In the middle of all the pandemic uncertainty, Matt Browning and his team were wonderfully helpful as my wife and I bought our home. The roof needed some work, and his team worked with both us and the sellers to make it happen right, fast, and with personal reassurance and guidance. Having never dealt with roofing, my wife and I wouldn’t have known what to expect if not for Matt’s detailed guidance. When the roofing crew showed up, they took care of the job quickly and we’ll! They even took time to sweep the yard for nails and debris as best they could (though no cleanup is perfect). Thank you, All-Tex Roofing team!

I would highly recommend Matt Browning for an roofing needs in the College Station Area. My son had a roof leak and I found Matt to be honest and fair. After I called him to inspect a roof and fix a leak, his crew immediately fixed the leak. Matt continued to give us good recommendations about the roof rather than try to replace. Honesty and fairness with integrity is how I would describe Matt and his company. I will call him with any future roofing needs.

After some storm damage we contacted Matt to provide an estimate for replacement of our roof. This was during the COVID-19 stay at home orders. Matt worked with our insurance company to conduct an assessment of the storm damage and provide all the documentation for the insurance company to approve our claim. The crew that replaced our roof did a great job, even with the cleanup. I highly recommend Matt and his company.

After my home inspection for my home I was selling Matt came over within the same day to inspect the roof and walk me through the entire replacement process, how it worked with insurance, the timeline and more. The buyers decided on a shingle color and based on the timelines and availability he walked me through additional options and we had a new roof installed within 72 hours of him initially inspecting my home. Appreciated the follow up once the work was completed as well!.

Matt came out the same day I had called to inspect our roof. He also met with our adjuster once we had turned our claim in. Matt handled everything with insurance and had our new roof put in within a week. He was a pleasure to work with and makes sure that the customer doesn’t have any stress throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
