Butte Roofing did a spectacular job for us! They built us a beautiful new roof. The charcoal color looks fantastic. They installed two new skylights that look magnificent both from the inside and outside. We love the new gutters and downspouts with the gutter guards to keep leaves out of our gutters. Had Butte Roofing co come out to do an estimate last week. Said they would be out later in the week either Thursday or Friday to complete a full roof inspection. Never got an estimate, they never showed up for the inspection, won’t return my emails, won’t return my voicemails and won’t answer the phone when I call. Not sure why they don’t want my business, easiest money they could have made as I already know there are plenty of code violations for them to fix. Makes no sense, horrible experience and would not recommend doing any business with this company based on the way I’ve been treated.

Butte roofing installed new vents on my roof and repaired a rain gutter that had broke. They communicated well, were professional, and showed up on time. Prices were reasonable and they stand behind the work they do. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new roof or just a repair.

Butte Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I am so grateful to Al, who not only coordinated my job, but reached out to help me after I lost my house in Paradise in the Camp Fire wildfire. The contractor, who rebuilt my house not only abandoned the project, but did nothing to help me when I reported a leak in the roof he had installed. I then contacted Butte Roofing to ask for help to find and repair the leak. Al, from Butte Roofing, sent Jordyn, a very savvy young lady from their company, to come inspect my roof. She came out twice to try to try to identify where the leak was happening. She noticed some very fine water lines on the rafters inside the attic. Together, she and Al determined that many of the “new” shingles were defective. Al then became a detective and found the company that provided the shingles and subsequently discovered the brand of shingles that were installed. He contacted the shingle company and ultimately, after nine months of dealing with the shingle company, in which he joined company representatives to inspect the roof and included many phone calls and letters from Al, the shingle company decided that they would replace the shingles on the whole roof. What a relief for me!!! Al submitted a bid to them for the labor and they accepted his bid. I commend Al, who went out of his way to persistently push forward to make sure my roof was adequately repaired and ultimately replaced. Frank and a crew from Butte Roofing tore off the old shingles and installed the new roof in a matter of just a few days. What a great group of guys! They were friendly, fast, efficient, and provided excellent workmanship. I now have a new roof that does NOT leak!!! I would highly recommend Butte Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Bobby was friendly, and honest. I got a second opinion from him, he repaired our leek, to get us safe for the upcoming storm, that day no charge! Seriously good man, great business practice. My family appreaciated him taking care of us, would recommend Butte roofing for sure!😁
