Douglas was with them all the way, overseeing the entire process. My roof, which was once so unattractive, now looks fantastic. After examining multiple options and discussions with various roofing professionals, I discovered that the pricing offered by this certain roofing company was very competitive. The real clincher, however, was the personal involvement of the owner, Gregory. During the roofing tear-down, it became apparent that the project was going to be more extensive than initially thought due to considerable wood rot. However, Gregory was able to effectively communicate the additional work required and the reasons behind it, which eased my worries. Once the project was completed, he personally came over to inspect the work and provide me with my warranty and insurance-required certification. I was utterly amazed by the extraordinary service provided by Perry Family Roofers LLC. To start, Mason offered a reasonable quote, which wasn’t the cheapest, yet it was half of what another well-reputed roofer in Chicago had suggested. They managed to complete the whole job in a single day as assured, without any extra tasks. They also shared several pictures of the finished work, which looked fantastic (as I wasn’t able to climb up to the roof). Once they departed, there was no evidence that they had ever been there, even though they removed the entire old roof. I honestly can’t express enough how much their outstanding service has impressed me.
