Set up an appointment for getting an estimate for roof and siding replacement. Took half day off from work to be home for the appointment, but only to be told by the Sales person that they don’t provide estimates (I had emphasized this on my conversation with the manager that I am not looking for inspection, but estimate. The appointment was supposed to get the measurement for providing quote) Sales person said whatever is the insurance approved amount is going to be their estimate, and they will accomodate whatever is approved within that cost range. I tried explaining that I am paying for the siding from my pocket and insurance is going to pay only for one side of the original siding. But sales person was adamant on letting them work directly with insurance company and refused to provide an estimate for the work. Felt frustrated that I took off from work to hear this. As noted in many roofer selecting guides, Refusal to provide an estimate is not a good trait for a honest company and would be interpreted as an alert sign.

We highly recommend John Collins and Home Perfect Exteriors. Our roof sustained major hail damage in the fall of 2023 and had to be replaced this spring. John facilitated the entire process working directly with our insurance provider from start to finish including handling supplemental claims made after the work started. I can’t say enough about how easy it was having John facilitate what often can turn into a long, harried, and circuitous ordeal. John explained how everything would be done in our first meeting and continued to always be available to answer questions by phone or in person. We also were so pleased with the contractors and teams Home Perfect Exteriors used to do the work. They were excellent, extremely hard working and efficient. I had hail damage in Ballwin, MO. I got a free estimate from Home Perfect and the process was super easy to make a claim and got my roof fixed in no time. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Could not ask for better service.

I live an Ballwin and had no idea how damaged my roof was. Home perfect exteriors came and did an evaluation, they completed all of the insurance work needed, and they installed an amazing new roof on my home. The whole process was simple for me while they did all the leg work! I strongly recommend them for your roofing needs!

I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Home Perfect. John Collins came out to give me a quote on a new roof, and he very professionally pointed out that we had wind and hail damage. Short story – we got the insurance company involved, and they agreed and covered the new roof. Another roofer came out to quote and didn’t notice the damage and didn’t even send the quote! It was such a pleasant experience to work with John and the team at Home Perfect. We made some upgrades along the and John coordinated every detail. They did a terrific job and the house looks great! Everyone on the team were great communicators and kept me informed every step of the way. They jumped on a few minor follow up items right away. Highly recommend!
