Persevere Roofing did an excellent job replacing the Roof on my Denver home in North Carolina. It was a pleasure working with Alex the project manager and Matt the owner during this process. Alex contacted my insurance company and I received an estimate and approval to move forward very quickly .The communication preparing for the project to start was very professional. We knew exactly when the product would be delivered and we determined where it would be dropped off in the driveway.The crew showed up at 7 o’clock in the morning and they were finished by 4 o’clock that afternoon. We had the absolute best experience with Josh, Matt and their team. Start to finish they handled EVERYTHING … explained every detail, helped with communication with the insurance company, were efficient in the install, and thoroughly cleaned up, followed up, etc. They checked in throughout the process and didn’t leave a stone unturned. Davis was prompt and professional from beginning to end. He coordinated our roof replacement claim with our insurance company and made the entire process seamless. The crew arrived punctually on the scheduled morning, and cleaned up like champs when they were done. Our roof looks amazing, and we are proud to highly recommend Persevere Roofing!

Persevere was in our neighborhood last summer. I had them inspect our roof because we’d had a hail storm in May 2022 and May 2023 for which we had video documentation. Davis Holmes, who ended up being our project manager, and Abe spent considerable time on the roof and documented a lot of damage to the roof, gutters and some aluminum trim. I filed a claim with our insurance (Horace Mann) and they sent an adjuster. Davis met him out at the house and helped document the damage again. The claim was approved but not everything was initially covered. Davis came back out and met the adjuster a second time. Matt, the owner, worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was covered that needed to be covered. In the end, after all was approved, we had the crew out in October to install our new roof and gutters. We went with Certainteed, weathered wood shingles to match our siding and trim. We were very pleased with Davis as our lead contact and with the professionalism of everyone who worked our job. We recommended them to several neighbors and would recommend them again.
