We had a wonderful experience from the moment we spoke with Kyle to the time the roof was repaired with Adam. Kyle was knowledgeable, professional, honest (with no upsell), listened to our concerns and provided solutions that would work for us. Adam did awesome work, even pointed out an issue that could have potentially grown into a big one! It was one of the hottest days in Charlotte and he worked nonstop to get the job done! Scheduling was quick and smooth. We highly recommend Elite roofing, you can see that they strive for perfection and customer service!

Tyler was awesome, went the extra mile to check my roof and gutters for a window leak. Even cleaned part of the gutters to unclog an area. He wouldn’t accept a dime from me. I will recommend them to anyone who needs an honest roofer

I am pleased to provide feedback concerning Elite Roof & Solar. During the month of February, they removed and replaced the roof of the South Charlotte Banquet Center located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, located on Bryant Farms Rd. It is a fairly large commercial property, and I could not be more satisfied with the professional manner in which the removal and installation was completed. The new roof looks terrific, the site was thoroughly cleaned every day, and the crews were respectful of our need to hold events during the process. The job was done much quicker than I expected, their quoted price was extremely competitive— it was lower than 3 of 4 other roofing companies that I dealt with. Communication with salespeople and installation crews was excellent. Everything was top notch and I recommend Elite Roof & Solar without reservation.

Always liked working with Lowe’s subcontractors. I feel it is always a three way partnership. Jake Jerles provided a seamless process from start to finish while displaying great professionalism and roofing knowledge. I felt very comfortable working with him.

Awesome team if you are looking for roof repair. I am a new homeowner and had some questions about siding and some odd spots on my roof. Need someone who could explain things to me simply as I really don’t know much about this industry. The Elite team was very patient with me and armed me with a lot of knowledge for moving forward. Also—their logo is adorable, the dog. Big seller for me!
