Our neighborhood experienced a severe hailstorm in May 2024. The Ace Restoration team reached out and thoroughly inspected and documented the damage to our roof, gutters, and other metal surfaces. They walked me through the insurance claim process and were always available to answer questions and provide pictures and other evidence of storm damage. When it was time for our insurance adjuster to visit and inspect the roof, Ace Restoration was on-site to point out specific areas of damage. Once our insurance claim was approved, Ace Restoration provided detailed, easy-to-understand information about repair costs and how repairs would occur. On the day of our roof repair, the Ace Restoration team arrived early, was thoughtful of any construction impact on our property, worked efficiently, completed work quickly, and cleaned up all debris, supplies, etc. We are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend Ace Restoration.

Very professional handling of my roof replacement. Aaron and Daniel were knowledgeable of the process and the product. They worked directly with my insurance to file the claim. I especially appreciate their timely responses to every communication. I never felt like I was in the dark. They were open, responsive, on time, and above board through out the installation. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement.

Ace Restoration Pros were great at helping us get our hail damaged roof replaced. They did the initial inspection that found the damage, came back out to meet with our insurance adjuster and got us scheduled before the cold weather set it. We really liked that they used Owens Corning products.

Ace restoration has been the best subcontractor I’ve ever used,, that includes plumbers, electricians, etc. etc.,, but their job on the roof was great,, they know how to work with insurance companies,, they give you all the options for what kind of shingle and color,, They were here when they said they would come and finish the job and very quickly,, They cleaned up everything, including down to the last little nail that may have fallen onto the lawn or flower bed,, I would highly recommend them for any type of roofing job needed!!! Jason was really wonderful and thorough while working with me on my new roof. A big storm came and i had tons of damage. He was able to explain to me the process and the benefits of getting a new roof with insurance at this time. The company and workers were all very efficient and professional. I am happy with the results.

Slate and the team did an incredible job with my roof. They pointed out storm damage, which was covered via my insurance, and promptly drew up an estimate. The job was then scheduled for a week later. The materials showed up on time and the workers arrived first thing the next morning and worked all day to complete in one day. The process could not have been easier for me. I’m pleased with the quality and professionalism of this hard-working team. A+
