I reached out to Carolina United Roofing through the contact form on their website because I had seen they had done work on other house in my neighborhood and had heard positive reviews. Jody, the owner, got back to me the very same day. I told him I thought it was time for a roof replacement, and he said he’d come out and do an inspection in a couple of days. Jody came out two days later to check out my roof. He mentioned that there was weather-related damage and said he thought replacement would be covered by insurance. I filed a claim, and Jody came out to meet the inspector, arriving 30 minutes early. He walked the inspector around the roof and pointed out his findings. Because of his thoroughness and expertise, insurance covered the roof replacement in full! Jody sent a team out to take care of the roof replacement a week later. They were quick and thorough and did a great job. My roof looks great, and I have the peace of mind knowing that I have a new roof that looks great and will protect my house. Throughout the whole process, Jody was lightning quick with his responses to my texts and calls, usually getting back to me within an hour. He made the entire process very easy and painless. I’m very happy we decided to use Carolina United Roofing, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get roof repairs or replacement done.
