This company is Great! They have done several projects for us. New windows, fixed some siding and just did a major repair in our basement after some water damage. They also did a major roof reconstruction and interior repair for my In-Laws. Dillon, Joe, Blake, Dakota and Cole are the guys I have interacted with, and every single time, they have been friendly and professional. They stay in communication and show up when they’re supposed to and they do great work. When I have something that needs fixed that I am unable to do, I call these guys.

Colton with Crown gave us a estimate on our roof and gutter replacement. His communication was top notch. We had a couple hiccups with the installation and Colton was all over it to make it right in a timely fashion. Customer satisfaction was his goal and he gained a new customer in us.

Crown recently installed a new roof and gutters on my house and put in new skylights in various rooms. It was one of the largest home improvement projects I have ever undertaken, and I was anxious about finding the right contractor. I had many concerns about costs, timelines, and potential disruptions and I became quickly reassured that the project was in good hands. The project manager, Dillon Shupe, was a knowledgeable, reliable, and consistent point of contact throughout the project. I appreciated the quality of his communications, his forthright answers, the realistic expectations he set up, his diligent follow-up, and his attention to questions I posed. Joe and Paul completed the skylight installations, and they too impressed me with their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to the outcome of their efforts. Dakota put the finishing touches to the project and ensured the new painting blended perfectly with the existing paint. The entire team seemed to care about doing a great job. They were mindful about being efficient about completion times and minimizing construction mess and disruptions. Equally importantly, they were approachable and friendly. My experience with Crown on this project was unequivocally positive and I would not hesitate to approach this team for a future project and recommend them to family and friends!

Unprofessional. Nobody showed up to my scheduled apt. Had to go there in person to reschedule my apt since nobody would answer the phone. Took Colton a week and half to get back with me on a quote.

These guys were great! I needed a new back porch on my house as the one I had was falling in. I received a good price compared to a few quotes from competitors. They stayed on top of communication very well and got the project done quickly. They have definitely earned my business again in the future. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can’t say enough good things about the overall experience we had from the initial discussion, to the build, and completion of the project. Great communicators, and quite knowledgeable with working with insurance and through the entire build. We had a roof replaced and gabled patio covering for a back deck put in at the same time. Any time any issue came up, we talked through it and found a great solution. If there was going to be any delay, which were minimal, expectations were met around timing, and our expectations were generally exceeded. We made a few changes along the way, and the guys were all quite accommodating, and they were happy to make adjustments to get us the end product that we wanted. The price was quite fair and the quality of the work was excellent. Our property was well respected during the build, and we’ve already had people stopping by the house to ask us about the work, stating they also want it done. There were components of the overall project that I wanted to take on myself (ceiling, stain, surrounding deck, etc) and they were very happy to pause the work at my request, so I could do any steps I needed to do. We loved our experience, and these guys are very professional. I look forward to working with them in the future, and I highly recommend Crown Exteriors.
