Do not use Janney Roofing. They installed a large portion of my roof incorrectly and used NO NAILS on an almost vertical section of roof and I have lost over 40 shingles sliding down the roof. They refuse to repair and fix the issue despite the fact they installed the roof incorrectly.

I had the greatest experience working with Brad Johnson and his team at Janney Roofing. My particular situation required a few big asks of this company and they made it all happen for me and under budget! Brad Johnson is one of the most kindest and compassionate people that I have had the pleasure to encounter in business. He treated me like a VIP customer every step of the way. He even went so far as to help me move a few pieces of heavy furniture in a scramble a few days before my closing. Thank you SO much Janney Roofing and Brad for making my new roof and home sale possible. A +++ service!!

We had a wonderful experience with Janney Roofing from start to finish. Jeff kept us updated throughout the process. During the time the roof was being replaced, we were presented with photos and change requests immediately. I had Janney Roofing come to my house to estimate a new metal roof. They spent a considerable amount of time and effort estimating. I was ready to go, but then I asked “What wind speed will the roof be designed to withstand?” Total silence. They did not know and actually acted like this was an unreasonable question. They did show me a document from the manufacturer of the roof tiles that indicated a speed, but it was pretty clear that none of the employees I spoke to had read or understood the document. My roof has two parts – a sloped section and a flat section. I was able to estimate the max wind speed for the sloped portion with their documents with no help from their people (I am a retired engineer), but not for the flat section. So I gave them a pass. I don’t think these people from Janney have the level of competence I want. I would not trust them. Before you buy a roof from them, ask them what wind speed the roof will be designed to accommodate. If they cannot answer, go elsewhere.

This has been my low stress event of the eummer. From my first call, which was answered by Annette, to the on-site estimate by Richard W. to the on-site oversight provided by Richard R. this had been a pleasant experience. I had already had a four-point inspection done by another company. The inspector had informed us that our 17-year-old roof was good for another three years; it only needed a few repairs. Because Richard W. was already scheduled for the next day and the estimate was free, I decided to wait. Richard W. came armed with the “drone view” and also conducted a physical check of the roof. I trusted his estimate. So rather than wait three years, I decided to go with Janney Roofing. What a peace of mind. I received texts and emails from Annette, Richard W.. and Derek (president and CEO), laying out the plan for the project Richard R arrived with the crew on time to find the dumpster and materials already in place. They covered every shrubbery and walkway with tarps and worked efficiently, finishing the job in 1.5 days –all the while respecting my property. I expect the inspection to be on point. I had .”feared” the process of re-roofing for so long. Thank you Annette, Richard W, Richard R., Derek and the work crew for making the process so stress-free. I have recommended Janney Roofing to three of my neighbors. Again, thank you for making this summer project so easy. Phyllis H.

Janney Roofing is excellent! They recently completed a new roof on my house and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Working with Kyle, Annette and Mayker the project manager onsite made things a lot easier on my end due to how well they communicate. Highly recommend!

Just completed our roof. Everything went very smoothly. Starting with Richard the Sales Rep. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. JP the Job Coordinator was very friendly and made sure we were kept informed as their efficient crew completed the work. Annette from customer service was very nice to deal with as well. We knew when and what was happening at all times. Highly recommend Janney Roofing!

I recently had my roof replaced. After getting quotes elsewhere I went with Janney. They had the best price and I can honestly say that after all is said and done they provided exceptional service from beginning to end. I was contacted regularly with updates from the signing of the contract until the job was completed. The cleanup after the job was impeccable. I have already recommended Janney to several friends.
