Brendan showed up today to inspect my roof. A less honest roofer had previously convinced me that my roof needed to be replaced following a leak repair. But Brendan informed me that my roof is in good condition and can hold out for another 2 years before needing replacement! i’m so grateful for his straightforwardness. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. i’ll definitely ring him up when it’s time to get the job done! It’s quite a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who values honesty over making a quick sale! Much appreciated!

Matthew (salesperson) and the team at the unidentified roofing company were outstanding. Matthew showed admirable honesty, was well-versed, professional, and open for any roofing-related discussions. Every aspect was organized in advance, guaranteeing a seamless process both prior to and on the day of the roof installation. The team was punctual, professional, polite, and attentive to the property and its surroundings in Carson. Each team member carried out their individual tasks perfectly. They were well-synchronized and exhibited a commendable work ethic. The post-project clean-up was the most comprehensive I’ve ever seen following such a task. I give my utmost recommendation to this unidentified roofing company and their staff.

i required an evaluation and quote for hail damage on my roof. The roofer team arrived on the same day and provided me with a report within 2 hours of their inspection. Everything about their service just exudes professionalism. Most importantly, they don’t attempt to exploit their clients. They were honest enough to inform me that i didn’t need a new roof. i’ve engaged other services before, but now this team has become my top choice in Carson. Their workers, Brendan and Matthew, were incredibly beneficial.

The job that your team accomplished was simply stunning and finished in record-breaking time. I have never witnessed such remarkably outstanding work. The roof has now become a masterpiece. Pro Roof Service revamped our roof and parts of our gutters. Both are securely fastened to our house in Carson, which is impressive. A few years back, some shingles from the old roof had blown off and a gutter had become detached. However, Ross and his team efficiently repaired it. What was even more commendable was when, the following year after a significant storm, Brendan called me to inform me about a missing shingle even before I had noticed it.
