We called Roofing101 and another recommended roofing company. After meeting with Graham we decided to cancel our appointment with the other roofer. We felt comfortable with Roofing101 because they were reasonably priced, he educated me on the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. The cherry on top was he was able to accommodate our schedule and got it done efficiently. I would use Roofing101 again and am planning to refer them to friends and neighbors.

I was very pleased with the work that Roofing 101 did on my house. Tyler Biven was great to work with. The crew that did the work were really great. They got in and did the work and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. Kathy Brewer Ramona Ca. Roofing 101. Is a terrible company. They went bankrupt and left lots of people with sloppy work and no warranties on their roofs. I had to have mine fixed because I had a BAD leak and I had to pay for it myself. 2/4/22.

After getting a quote for repairs, it took the company several phone calls from me for them to come out and seal the flat roof with silicone as they implicitly said it would resolve the problem with a 10 year warranty, however after several attempts to get them to complete the work before several storms came into San Diego, they finally completed the work and yet it continues to leak. I have called them several times and left multiple messages over the last 2 weeks and can not get them to respond to come back out and inspect the persistent issue. Avoid this company at all costs. Their services are horrific and unreliable. They refuse to respond

Glad they were able to patch roof. The process and responsiveness wasn’t professional but fingers crossed and a 10 year warranty that the repair is successful

I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had working with Roofing 101! I initially spoke with Graham (Owner of the company) regarding the quite for replacing my entire roof. He did an excellent job of explaining what was causing the leak in my existing roof as well as what the full process would be to get the new roof installed. As an educated consumer, I shopped around a few other roofing companies and Roofing101 beat other companies prices by about $5,000! That of course made me a little skeptical at first whether or not if this was going to be a “you get what you pay for” type of situation but this wasn’t at all the case! Very pleased with the final result! After my initial meeting with Graham, I was later looped in with their Production Manager, Steven who was very reachable and helped make sure the whole process went smoothing. Both Steven and Graham were amazing with follow through on questions and touch ups that were needed. Lastly, Mario and his crew worked quickly and efficiently while not at all sacrificing the quality of the job. He went above and beyond to fix some other slight issues with my the exterior of the house which were not tied to the initial bid. All that being said, I highly recommend Roofing101 to anyone that needs any work done of their roof.

David is very professional and friendly, he always does what he says he’s going to do. He’s always one time and ready to work. He is not cheap but definitely worth it. I recommend Roofing 101 and David.

It took us quite awhile to find a roofing company that was responsive and made us feel confident. Roofing 101 met and exceeded our expectations. Brian Ciuffreda, their Coordinator and our 1st contact was there every step of the way. He addressed all our questions and concerns, and also gave us the benefit of his experience with invaluable suggestions and advice. We were very concerned about staying within our quoted estimate, and were very happy when the job was actually finished a bit under expected cost. Our roofers, Mario and Luis were nothing short of amazing. They were always on time, polite and caring to us and our neighbors, worked very long days making sure they completed each task thoroughly, and cleaned up every step of the way. We would highly recommend Roofing 101. Our only regret is that 5 Stars is all we can give them here! They definitely deserve more!
