Replaced roof in 2018 and a family member’s in 2021. Quality products and workmanship. Not a shingle lost or damaged during hurricane Ian. We couldn’t be happier with our experiences.

We had a great experience with Roof Smart and our inspector Frank. They got out quick after our issue first popped up and explained possible reasons for our issue in great detail. Frank was honest and a pleasure to work with.

They did a fantastic job on the roof. They were also very very helpful with additional paperwork we had to file with the city to comply with Fema. Alie in particular went above and beyond in helping us submit paperwork and she really acted as a go between with us and the city because the FEMA paperwork was very long and complicated. We would have been lost without her help. Ultimately we chose Roof Smart because they did our roof 10 years ago and their work was spectacular. It held up relatively well to a tornado and two hurricanes.

I was very impressed with the work done on our roof by Roof Smart. Starting with Matt, I was offered customer reviews, proof of Insurance, details on what would be involved and given info on a reasonable time frame. All stages were done within reasonable time and clean up was well done. While one other company came in with a slightly lower cost they lacked the detail which made me feel comfortable with Roof Smart. Thanks Roof Smart and Staff.

Our new metal roof was one of the more positive experiences of our rebuild from Hurricane IAN. It was a pleasure dealing with all of the people involved in our project. Matt-our salesperson was helpful and provided a fair price that beat out three other competitors. The office staff navigated through the lee county government permitting maze. The crew did a quality install and the experts I had review said that they paid great attention to the necessary details. One of the most impressive parts of this experience was the owner John’s personal involvement in making sure everything was up to his high standards. He had his crew replace drip edge on our flat roof that wasn’t even part of this project. I wasn’t able to say this about the many contractors but it was a pleasure doing business with Roof Smart. They are a trustworthy business. Thanks for a good job!

Recently noticed a leak from my back bedroom causing damage to the wall by the window. My fiancé saw a hole on the roof, so we figured that’s where it was coming from. I contacted Roof Smart and the receptionist said they would be sending out a guy named Matt the next day. Matt was overconfident on what he THOUGHT the problem was and had a nasty attitude. He NEVER went on top of my roof, even after I mentioned my concern. He blamed it on the window instead. Decided to go with another company, who went on my roof, saw the problem, patched it up, and then made an appointment to repair it.
