When our concrete barrel tile roof needed to be replaced, the first roofer we met quoted us a price to replace it, but recommended we upgrade to a stone coated metal roof for 20% more. Our neighbor had recently replaced his roof with stone coated metal and recommended Imperial Roofing. Johnathon, their sales manager, quoted us a price that was 25% less than the first company. Johnathon answered our frequent questions, gave us addresses of homes to look at, and was responsive when we needed to get approval from our HOA. In less than a month, the entire process from permitting, ordering of tiles, tile removal, replacement and inspections was completed. The work crew, led by JT was very professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up daily. We are very happy with the appearance, price, quality and warranty of our new roof. We highly recommend Johnathon and his team at Imperial Roofing. They did a great job!

My first interaction with IRC was while I was renting a place and had a leak on the roof. David was so great that I asked for his contact info. After Hurricane Ian, it was a no brainer for me to call IRC again. During this stressful time, Kevin and the IRC team educated me about the process to have the roof replaced and also deal with the insurance to get all I needed. I’m very grateful to them for their job. I can’t recommend them enough.

Imperial Roofing Company, Cape Coral, is an amazingly great company to work with. Like a lot of other homeowners, we had trouble finding a good roofing company to work with after Ian. After months of searching I found Imperial Roofing Company and David Price. I called David and he was great to talk to. He advised me to start with an attorney. He has a recommendation if I wanted one, I used them, and we now have a new roof. After the initial start I then began to work with Johnny Andesilich, and he has been an awesome and caring individual. Johnny was in constant communication with us through the whole process. While the attorney was doing his thing, Johnny helped us with picking out the roof we wanted and had the stone coated metal roof as our choice. Johnny ordered the roof as soon as we received our insurance check and had the roofing material by the time the permit was issued from our town. It only took one week to go from tearing the roof off to having the new roof installed. Johnny stands behind their work. The workers were skilled, did precision work, took pride in their work and cleaned the job site daily. Johnny even had the crew cover all our plants around the house, cover the driveway and even put plywood up against our garage doors before removing the roof. I highly recommend Imperial Roofing Company of Cape Coral, David Price, Johnny and his team. They definitely are a Five Star team!
