From the free inspection to the completed work, it was a wonderful experience. Brandon was great to work with as this was a hail insurance claim. He contacted the insurance company to start the process. Was here when the adjuster came to inspect and followed through with setting up the job to be done. It was completed on July 2. Upon arrival one of the owners, Robert Stupak, brought to my attention the whole roof deck needed to be replaced; meaning many pieces of plywood. During the roof complete tear off, it poured rain within two hours of their start time but they covered my roof with tarps avoiding any issues with leaking into my house. Robert stopped in periodically and was very impressed how hands on he was. Made sure everything was cleaned up and all nails removed. The job was finished that day! I can’t thank Brandon, Robert and Naser Omer (owner) enough for the professional job that was completed! Highly recommend Kolony Restoration.

We found Kolony Restoration through their super high rating on the BBB. We got a few estimates and we chose them for a few reasons: The first was they were very fair in their price. It either matched perfectly with the other companies or was slightly lower. The second being that they were fully ready to fight our insurance on our behalf to get more covered. Unfortunately we had already signed paperwork from our insurance so they couldn’t get much more but having someone in your corner with the insurance company was very reassuring. They also walked us through every step. And explained things to us that might have been slightly outside the scope of the roof just to make sure we had all the information. The third being that Naser was very easy to work with. Flexible and understanding. He was very patient with us when we changed our mind and hemmed and hawed about shingle color. Or when I texted him the 15th time with more questions. The work was done in one day which was great and it looks amazing. The color we picked is so much better thanks to them directing us a bit. This is just a personal side note but they’re also just very nice people. Naser was friendly and very easy to talk to. And Robert was great to work with the day of the job. They were also very flexible with us when we needed to make changes. And they were very patient with our million questions (first time home buyers). Our meeting to review the work was on my husband’s birthday and Naser (the owner) brought him a cake which was too nice! Because they live so close it was great to feel like we had such nice neighbors even after the work was done. Thank you guys for everything!

The folks over at Kolony Restoration did a great job on my hail damage roof claim. The owner, Naser Omer and his coworker Hasan, stopped by one day and chatted me up about the process and if I was interested. They were very professional and matter of fact, giving me all of the information I needed. There was no sales pressure at all. They climbed up on the roof and identified damage from the recent hailstorm. Based on their experience in finding sufficient damage, they believed I had a valid claim. They asked if I wanted to proceed with a claim and walked me through the process. After deciding to proceed with the project, they took over and the process could not have been simpler or less intrusive for me. They contacted the insurance company on my behalf and scheduled all the appointments after consulting with me about my availability for the inspection. The insurance adjuster came and looked at the roof and approved the claim for the new roof because of hail damage. Naser and his team discussed back and forth with the insurance company on my behalf to get any supplemental adjustments needed to finish the project correctly. I did not have to speak to the insurance company one time, which I really enjoyed. The owner Naser brought over a large collection of samples for color and type selection for the shingles and explained the scope of work for the project. We signed all the paperwork and scheduled a date. They had a large crew come out and finish the entire roof in two days. There was not a single piece of scrap or nail I could find in the yard after the project. The crew manager informed me they had to replace a few pieces of plywood due to damage, which the company threw in at no cost. The crew manager noticed a few other things that I could take care of on the roof and siding and gave me a couple recommendations for people or companies that can take care of those issues. I cannot recommend these guys enough for any exterior home projects. I look forward to working with them in the future when I start a new project.

From beginning to end our experience with Kolony Restoration exceeded our expectations! We never had to deal with our insurance directly, as these folks file claims and negotiate on your behalf. Naser was always prompt in answering texts/calls and explained everything in detail. What was promised, was delivered and in a very professional, yet personal way. You are treated like family, and that is a quality hard to find these days. This company goes the extra mile and stands behind their work. A big 5 stars! We not only gained a beautiful new roof, gutters/guards, p skylights, and attic fans, but we also gained some new lifetime friends.

3/16/24: Michael came through today knocking doors and asked to inspect my roof. I was weary but let him check it, the siding, and gutters. He was checking for hail damage as a public adjuster to issue a claim with my insurance company to cover the cost of a replacement roof and siding. He was confident insurance would cover it and mentioned a 10% of the total claim approval cap that I would be responsible to pay out in addition to my deductible. This made me aware of the damage done to the roof and siding during the hail storm we had in February, so I will be getting multiple opinions and attempting to go through insurance myself to avoid the 10% fee. I did not sign anything at the time Mike was out as I was distrusting of the process (door-to-door makes me skeptical), though Mile was extremely friendly and informative, explaining the process to me as I had questions. I appreciate his customer service skills and transparency, though I have no other input on this company, so I will update my review as the process continues.
