Excellent service. On 6-22-24 there was a terrible storm in which a tree branch punctured my roof. I called Brian O’Neil and he came out and repaired it the very next morning when no else would. I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

There was so much lack of communication between Brian and myself, the communication i did have with him, I felt it was unprofessional. He made me feel like my roof didn’t matter by saying stuff like, “we didn’t redo your roof, if it was ponding before it will still pond”. There was no explanation of anything and questions left unanswered. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

After three years of dealing with an “Innovative” company based in Crystal Lake, IL, who refused to stand behind their work, it was Brian O’Neill to the rescue! We contacted Brian, explained our problem, and he scheduled a site visit immediately. Brian and his crew identified the faults, provided a fair estimate for the repairs, and we were on the schedule within a week. We were very pleased with the communications during the repair and subsequent follow-ups. We will definitely contact O’Neill Construction for any future work!
