Carlos and his team are excellent professionals. We live in a 2 story historic building in Brooklyn, NY – flatroof, and originally I just noticed some leaks in the top floor and pooling in the back. They very gentle recommended to redo the roof – we did it – and discovered the roof was probably at least 60 years old! never replaced with no insulation. They quickly brought the supplies and did the roof in 1.5 days! A huge feat. They replaced the skylights as well and this whole time were in excellent communication and very good at problem solving. Sent estimate and invoice electronically and they stand by their word at the quality of their roofs. II highly recommend them. Super pro.

We have nothing but great things to say about NYC General Pro Roofing – Carlos & his fellow team members. Carlos did a 5 star roofing work at our home in Muttontown New York. There has been several heavy rain events after the project completion and we did not have any leaks at all! General Pro completed all work on time, on budget and all in 1 day – simply amazing!! Everyone was true professional, always attentive to details and willing to go extra mile without any issue what so ever!! We are very satisfied with our roofing project, our house looks so much better with the new roof and we recommend Carlos and his team to anyone if need for a roof replacement company having true professionals who are courteous, very attentive and all around 5 star expert roofers at a reasonable cost!!

I got a full roof replacement including the plywood. They were top-quality professionals who worked efficiently, neatly, professionally, and did an excellent job. They provided drone shots before/during/after and were in and out of my property within a matter of hours. All of the workers were courteous. Highly recommend this company for both big commercial properties as well as residential.

Carlos Roofing company did a great job on our roof and siding. It’s been 2 years and we haven’t had any problems. Very professional, honest and reasonable pricing. They left everything clean. Our house looks so much better. He even checked months later to make sure everything was good.

Carlos’ team replaced our roof and deck. After hiring other companies that failed to fix a persistent leak, Carlos’ team came in and identified the problem, outlined a good long term solution and ripped up and replaced the roof in just a couple days. We found alot of surprises on the project and they handled each one extremely professionally. The attention to detail was fantastic – they ended up re-pitching, ripping out 3 previous roofs, and installing new gutters + railing that needed custom fittings around a tight staircase. I can highly recommend their work!!

This company is behond amazing! Carlos is awesome! He was very calm and patient during the hetic process of having the solar panel removed and all the nightmares we were facing with the solar panel company! His team is very impressive at work! They are really professional, courtuous, quiet, and effective! The roof was done in one day! They clean after theirselves and I had no complains from any neighboors about dirts or any trash that might fall in their yards. I am happy that I found this company to repair my roof because we had a really bad leak!I can not thank him enough for his professionalism and his good manners! I will recommend this man a million times! Book him ASAP if you want a job well done in no time! Carlos is the man to call! Don’t hesitate!
