If I could downgrade to a zero star I would, as I am now having to repost my review which Mr. Levy, in bad faith, tried to suppress by somehow managing to have it removed….that alone clearly shows the kind of person he is. At the beginning Mr. Meir Levy came across extremely professional and accommodating. However his attitude quickly changed once jobs were paid for. Getting him to acknowledge and agree to come do necessary fixes For his errors and/ or oversights, became exhausting back and forth debates, as Mr, Levy’s poor social skills made civil communication extremely difficult. Condescending .and easily angered, Mr. Levy’s often resorted to raising his voice to take control of a conversation, in the end unveiling him to be not so trustworthy.. 1) Stucco on the back-wall of my building Seems fine.. however, besides his crew ~ initially not properly sealing vents, resulting in white powdery insulation dust, infiltrating my tenant’s kitchen – sealing the base of an outside fixture underneath stucco – and removing, without asking my permission , a big pipe that transported water from an upper gutter to a floor drain, which they deemed in the way and unnecessary Mr. Levy had to come back twice for fixes, which he initially absurdly tried to convince me I could do myself.and even went as far as explaining how A) cut stucco that had been applied too closely to top electrical panel, impeding the panel door from being opened Mr. Levy came to do the fix himself, but was ill prepared for job, as he showed up with no tools and no silicone to properly weatherproof area he would cut.. He had to scavenger thru tools that my other contractors had left behind to find something he could use and then as he left told ne to go buy some silicone and apply it myself B). weatherproof area around an exterior fixtures that had been overlooked by his crew.. ..,again it was a back and forth debate as Mr. Levy kept insisting it was fine… when .I told him that if water did infiltrate he would be liable for damages, that’s when he finally agreed to come and take care of issue 2) repitching concrete of the upper landing in my backyard, in order to resolve ponding issues and move water away from building.. The end result: some areas concrete is completely leveled and in other areas the pitch is set slightly in the wrong direction, allowing water to accumulate and pond against the corner of my building Second attempt: patchwork fix in the middle of the landing, which ended up looking like a dirty stain….when I complained Mr . Levy wrote back “You care about things no important” and then suggested that I could always paint the landing We did discuss another two times about him coming back, but I cancelled both times before appointment was set. once because whilst we were discussing he made an insulting derogatory remark and the second time because he asked for more money to cover the costs of materials. 3) needed to resolve a roof leak that was entering into the bedroom of apartment below… Mr . Levy had his guy visually inspect the roof and then proposed that rubberizing parapet walls was the solution..a year and 1/2 later I have a leak in the same room 4) replace vent on my rangehood…. Third party did the job thru Mr. Levy’s company… when I discovered that the area around vent was not sealed, as an opening was left in my ceiling, I. asked Mr. Levy to get involved, since my only recourse was thru him… he refused and i was left with hole in my ceiling Bottom line, MLM Construction Roofing’s competitive pricing was not worth the disheartening experience, not to mention the extra expense it will cost to hire someone else to come fix where Mr. Levy’s work fell short. On my invoice his warranty clause states: “Includes 3 years warranty on all workmanship done from the date the job was finished”… yet he claims the fixes he did were not something that would usually be covered by his warranty…. . when pressed to explain what exactly his warranty did cover, his response was “Warranty it’s for water issues ”

Mr. Meir removed my review i posted couple days ago. Maybe it is not illegal but seems like fraud to me . Here is my review back. He removed mine review for third time ,this is the kind of person you’d deal with. Dont know how its even possible to manipulate google like that. ’ve recently come across the response by Mr. M to my friend review she put up. Happened at that time MLM was performing the job I was there helping my friend with other construction projects and overseeing outcomes. In his response to my friends review Mr.m basically contradict my friend and says things that had no place. For that reason I’ve decided to put up facts that I witnessed and dealt with directly. So at first MLM showed up , did the job nicely got paid and left and everything was fine. Yet after while when we started to see some mistakes and my friend reached out to mm his response when he came was that everything is fine. And on and on it went to the point he started to be rude , aggressive verbally towards my friend and ignoring me completely to the point of not saying Good morning when he enters. When he did the job of concrete at the landing outside , that suppose to be pitched outwards the building we found it flat and water was paddling in the middle and back towards the building. When I brought the level to proof them wrong they suggested I may be using level the wrong way. Overall my experience is ; rudeness, aggression, verbal insults towards the client and lack of professional attitude for punch list or mistakes . For those reasons, especially for his response for our attempts to solve an issue and lack of positive communication I downgraded my review from previous 3 to 1 star. Sent from my iPhone

I had a great experience with MLM Construction Roofing & Siding, they have done our roof and siding and did a beautiful job, we have gotten many compliments from many people that walked by our house. So let me summarize why I would recommend them 1) They want the customer to be happy. Which means that if there is something that bothers you about a detail you want to address to them to correct, they will do it without questions, even if it is something that they were not responsible for. 2) They are well priced, and their work is wonderful, they use quality material, and what is very nice is that they clean up after themselves. 3) The workers are nice people and a pleasure to work with, they are friendly and calm which is very important. 4) They are quick and get the job done. All in all, if you are looking for a great Roofing, Siding, Stucco company then I would highly recommend them. They put the customer first! Thanks again MLM Construction for a great experience 🙂 . I had a leak from my roof and I called mlm construction . The person who answer the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We set a day and time to come and inspect the leak and they came with all the tools and equipment. After we set the price the guys start working a did a great job very clean and responsive. Very recommend 👌
