We just completed our roof and gutter guard and downspout replacements after last year’s hailstorm. This is our second project with them. They insulated our attic the first time. I recommend working with them for several reasons: 1) There’s someone in the office to pick up the phone or return calls quickly 2) They’re highly knowledgeable, helpful with explanations and recommendations 3) They communicated expectations at each step, they show up when they say they will, and do those things (doesn’t always go without saying in this industry. You hear horror stories) 4) Simon was our project manager onsite during each day of the job, was very nice and helpful and made sure it goes smoothly. I’m very much a fan that they have this person as a team member and hired a high quality person. If you have him as yours, you’re going to be happy. Between him, Nick(owner/sales), and Breanna (in the office), they dramatically reduced my major house project stress levels. 5) They did a great job cleaning up pretty much every nail and roof scrap with several passes. They also did a great job getting the roof and gutters installed, which should go without saying, which were put to the test right when they were done because it rained for 2 days. It’s these customer service aspects beyond simply installing the roof correctly that sets them apart.

I came to SGR when my insurance company put me and my 20 yr old roof on a non-renewnal policy; contingent on my roof replacement. My day job is in finance so I know next to nothing about construction and pretty prone to anxiety in general. Despite all that, Nick and Brenna walked me through their process and answered all my questions. In keeping it simple, SGR showed me that large projects are just big, small projects. And for that I am truly grateful.

After a hail storm, Strom Group Roofing assessed my roof and worked with my insurance company to take care of the damage. They handled everything from start to finish, always communicating what was coming up, and the quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent. Special kudos to Simon, the project manager, and Breanna, the project coordinator, for their great customer service!

1. Initial bid and contracting process was great. 2. Roof replacement experience was likewise great. More specifically, during a time of high demand for roofers (hail damage which affected a 2X3 square mile area), the work was begun before winter set in. It was completed quickly, and nicely. 3. Though it started out rough, my experience with siding replacement turned out very satisfying. Storm Group took ownership for the issues and worked very diligently to turn the situation around. Which, they did. The finished product is beautiful and very pleasing. 4. They were so effective in remedying the issues, that I retained them for additional work which also turned out very satisfying and went off without a hitch.

Original installation of roofing (old owner) wasn’t done well, causing a leak. In contacting the company, such a night and day difference with the new owner and project manager. They were committed to fixing the issue and at no cost. Can’t say enough about the great communication and for the integrity of making it better. Nice work, Storm Group. You are at the top of the list for the next roof I need!

Storm Roofing recently replaced our roof and installed gutter guards. Everything went smoothly, and we are happy and impressed with the results. Simon, the supervisor, was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and attentive to our concerns. Overall, completely satisfied, highly recommended.

Friendly and very informative on the initial inspection. Was helpful in understanding the situation and formulating a plan for preventing potential roofing issues. Would highly recommend to anyone in need. Update:Had new roofing work done for water intrusion. Service was great. Team was helpful and friendly. Work was done promptly.
