Mike Meloy, our sales rep, helped us from start to finish. From initial inspection, to filing a claim, to being there when the insurance agent came out on short notice, to helping us see how each color choice would look on our house, and even checking in after completion. From initial call to Mike to roof completion was only 3 weeks! Crew that did our roof was great and did an excellent clean up job, which is huge to us with kids and pets. Easy process from start to finish and Mike was available for our questions anytime. 100% would recommend!!

We had a hail storm in July 2023 and we filed a claim with our insurance. The hail was a large as golf balls and I thought we would have broken windows. Sarah with Ameripro roofing helped us to navigate the claims process since our insurance denied our claim 3 times. The insurance adjuster said there was not enough damage to add up to more than the amount of our insurance deductible. We had three companies inspect the roof and they all said there was hail damage and we needed a new roof. There were over a dozen neighbors with roofs replaced and their insurance was paying for the replacement. After State Farm denied and closed our claim, we kept reopening the claim and they agreed to a third party inspection. Ameripro was on the roof for the re-inspection. After 10 months of debate, State Farm finally agree to pay for 2/3 of the roof replacement. If not for the Ameripro team helping us navigate and communicate with the insurance company, State Farm would not have agreed to accept our roof replacement claim. We are happy to have a new roof and it looks great! Thank you Ameripro Roofing.

Mike Meloy was so helpful a patient with us during the process. We were very skeptical of the whole process especially with all types of scams out there today. Mike was so understanding and walk us through the entire process. Would recommend 100%!

I had a great experience with Ameripro. I was helped by Christopher Dwyer from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the whole process and easy to contact with any questions. He helped me contact my insurance for coverage, and frequently checked in with me during the process. He came to my property to confirm the correct product was dropped off and came again once install was completed to be sure everything looked okay. I had the siding of my house done in one day, and it looks wonderful!
