I would highly recommend Southland Roofing & Restoration for your restoration and renovation needs. These guys are the REAL DEAL! They are professional, prompt, honest, and very knowledgeable about their trade. We recently had some damage to our home that required a considerable amount of renovation work. Southland was johnny on the spot. They provided us with a detailed estimate and a timeline to get the job done. Having received competitive bids from other contractors, Southland stood apart from all the others. The work was completed as per the detailed scope and in the timeline, they set forth. The work exemplified was second to none and their attention to detail was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, they are truly WORLD CLASS contractors.

I’m so pleased with my brand new top of the line DRY roof system! Southland Roofing & Restoration responded quickly to my urgent request for consultation after I experienced a really bad roof leak in my master bedroom. It was a very rainy, stormy week here in Peachtree Corners leading up to the weekend of the Super Bowl but James put me on the schedule right away, and arrived as promised, bright and early. He throughly assessed my roof, took pictures, he even cleared a bunch of leaves and debris from a section of my roof where water was pooling, contributing to a pretty severe leak in my master bedroom. He showed me the pictures he took which indicated I had hail and wind damage.. it was time for total replacement. I was nervous as a first time homeowner but I could tell James was very knowledgeable about the damage, roof system options that would best suit my home (and my budget) and explained the insurance process, quickly putting my mind at ease. James kept me posted over the next few days checking in with me just to be sure I didn’t have any more water coming in the house, offering to return if the leak started up again. I was so happy when I received word that my new roof was scheduled for replacement the next business day! James and his crew arrived early on Monday morning and he kept me posted throughout the day with pictures and FaceTime of the progress. I was pleased upon arriving home from work that I couldn’t even tell they had been there as they had cleaned everything up leaving my property in the same condition as it was before the work started. I’ve already received a few compliments and congratulations from my neighbors on my new roof, and with a 50-yr. warranty it gives me peace of mind knowing my home is well protected from these bad Georgia storms in the years to come. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Everyone I worked with at Southland was very responsive, dependable, and trustworthy. Roofing companies can be sketchy, these guys aren’t. They made sure I understood the what and why behind what they were doing. I would absolutely call them again if we need roofing work.

We recently used Southland Roofing and Restoration and couldn’t be more pleased at the timely response and quality of work we received! While selling our home, it was brought to our attention after inspection that we had roof damage. Southland Roofing and Restoration came out the same day we called and had everything fixed within the day. They walked us through what they found, and how exactly it was fixed. We couldn’t have asked for better communication through the entire process! I highly recommend!

Above and beyond! My dad’s roof had a lot of damage from the storm that hit LaGrange a few months back. From the moment we reached out to Jimmy, Ethan, and their team at Southland Roof and Renovation they were fantastic!
