Horrible Service I was about to ask about a roof and she said “We Are not intrested instantly” in a very rude manner Then she says “you just asked about social media a minute ago” must of confused me for someone else… But either Way very very rude people!

Mike stood behind a defect discovered from a reroof done 2 1/2 years ago. He was responsive and ethical. Very rare qualities compared to the current market.

Siding – Installation of Hardie Board siding. Mike was great to work with. We had to meet an insurance deadline and they worked with us on getting everything done on time and even went beyond initial contract. The end result is gorgeous and I can’t say enough houw great they were to work with.

Contacted them to look at my roof and after making an appointment I waited all day and they never showed so I called and left a message and they texted me back and said someone would be there the next day. Someone showed up to look at the roof and gave me an estimate and said someone would put a tarp on the roof and I wouldn’t get a bill they’d deal with the insurance company. After a week they put the 10 dollar Walmart tarp on and then sent me a 600$ bill for about an hr worth of labor. They never showed up to remove the tarp for the insurance adjuster or to talk with them. After multiple tries to contact them I gave up and didn’t pay the bill. I ended up doing the roof myself and then only after two months when they wanted their 600$ did they start contacting me. I was tired of arguing after arguing for months with my insurance company I ended up paying millers roofing 500$ wich was about 450$ too much in my opinion for the services that were done. Bottom line if you don’t have time to respond to customers because you’re too busy or only want big jobs do not take on any more.

They scheduled an appt to quote my roof repair & never showed up, called twice & spoke with a very nice lady who said she would have them contact me & they never even took the time to call me back, very unprofessional!

We had our roof done in 2014, we had debris all over the yard it took two big garbage bags to pick it up and us as owner cleaned it up. also nail in flower beds and in the lawn still finding nails in flower beds. They also damaged a screen, windows and the flowers. There was shingles in the siding. My husband went up on the roof and a lot of the nails weren’t even nailed down. Mike came back to say that he had to go to a different job and didn’t even know that his workers left it looking like it was. You would think a good would check every job. We just had to get our roof redone. Pretty sad when it’s only been 5 years and the other contractor had to other things that Mike did and was wrong. I feel as an owner he should have to pay for it to get fix not US. If I could I would not even give him a star.

From beginning to end of project, this is a great contracting company! It was a pleasure to work with this company on my roofing project to figure out the best fit for my budget and time. My old roof was in bad shape, but Mike was efficient and honest in his initial assessment and true to his extremely reasonable quote – no surprises or lurking costs. Having gotten other quotes around the same time, I found that the knowledge Mike shared with me helped me weed out some other, less honest, competitors, and both he and his crew were always courteous. I waited a year to write this review to see how the asphalt shingle roof and aluminum soffit and fascia that I had installed would hold up through the seasons. The craftsmanship is lovely and the roof has remained perfect through several severe wind storms, some small hail, and a very snowy/icy winter. The fascia and soffit still look like new. I guess the highest recommendation that I can give is that I wish that all of my home improvement projects could be as efficient and enjoyable as working with Miller’s Roofing.

Mike and his crew are amazing they did a fantastic job on our lake house. The price for our new roof was very affordable and they are super fast. They call you back and show up on time. I recommend them highly for your roofing needs.
