I’m a real estate broker. We represented the seller in the transaction and we needed to replace the roof and was presser for time to get it done. At the end of last hurricane season we decided to replace our 22yr old roof before having any leaking problems. Westfall roofing seemed a perfect choice, as it was local, 25 yr history and were proud of having their own crews. From the first interview, the process was systematically smooth and professional. Yes, there were occasional delays, but they were reasonable, and we were always kept apprised about what to expect. The crews were efficient and professional and considerate throughout the process of the build. A small tile chip discovered a couple of weeks after completion was promptly and efficiently repaired without drama or fuss. I am delighted with the result and our choice of this company.

After applying for a grant from the MySafe Florida Home initiative, I selected four roofing contractors from the approved contractor list and had each of the companies provide a site visit and proposal. I was interviewing for not only the roofing company but the materials supplier because we decided to install a standing seam metal roof, so the metal supply company was equally important to us. Westfall Roofing provided a competitive bid for the job and rose up above the other contractors in installation knowledge, material superiority, and then on-the-project excellence. The final product is outstandingly handsome and expertly applied. People stop at our curb and admire our metal roof! (We selected IVORY as our color choice and its gorgeous.) The install team was exceptional; we set our clocks by their arrival time–the install lead was smart, conscientious, meticulous, and expert at keeping the install team on task. Never once did we witness his crew checking their cell phones except when they were resting on their much deserved lunch breaks. As you can tell, we give a full thumbs up for Westfall Roofing all the way around–they are a professional operation and one that provides excellent follow up after the job completion.
