Eric Saenz was awesome and explained everything out well. He wasn’t pushy at all or trying to take off quickly like other roofing reps who I had come out from other companies. The crew who showed up took time to cover bushes and lawn with tarps and spent plenty of time searching for any nail/debis after to ensure a safe lawn for my family and dogs. All the guys on the crew were very nice and respectful. The roof looks great, was installed on time.

Very professional. Kept me informed during the entire installation. Easy to work with. Nelson F., the Production Supervisor, did an excellent job managing the entire installation process. Fair pricing, excellent warranty package. Eric S, Roofing Consultant, was great to work with. He knew my requirements and met them all You will not go wrong if you contract with Total Hone Roofing.

They did an excellent job, very fast, very professional. Good communication all the way through the process. Nelson Ferran was our point of contact for the project once it was in production and he was excellent. Even picked up my phone call even though he was obviously sick. Would recommend.

Normally you don’t go with the first quote but after talking to Will Rivera I canceled my other 2 quotes because I felt comfortable speaking with him. Upon getting things in order the workers were here at 7:30 to start the project the boss Nelson contacted me within 30 minutes of them arriving to introduce himself and if I had any questions to please contact him. From start to finish the project was done professionally I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

THIS COMPANY IS SPAM – I HAVE RECEIVED HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST MONTH. THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. I DO NOT EVEN OWN A HOME. NEVER GAVE THEM MY CONTACT INFORMATION. THIS IS HARRASSMENT. I HAVE BLOCKED ALL PHONE NUMBERS, THE NEXT DAY THEY HAVE A NEW PHONE NUMBER.

We are completely happy with the completion of our new roof from total home roofing. The guy’s were on the chosen date at 6am and finished the job T 9pm. Our project manager Juan Carlos is absolutely outstanding! When I called him with a question, if he wasn’t here, he would answer or immediately call me back. We were impressed with the work ethic as well as the cleanup when completed. My wife and I didn’t have to clean anything from the construction. Extremely impressive! It’s not easy to find an outstanding company like this these days. We had a heavy rain the following day and walked through the house making sure there were no leaks, and we were so happy that all was great! I highly recommend total home roofing for roof repairs or in our case a complete new roof. The office people were a great help as well with some extra paperwork we needed. We are grateful to THR for taking the stress out of such a big project. It was a pleasure dealing with them from beginning to end.

I had a new roof installed just under 4 years ago. After interviewing several companies, I made a decision that I would not regret. Total Home Roofing was certainly not the least expensive but they offered me the most flexible programs for payment than any other company. But when I had a problem recently, I wondered how I would be treated. They sent out a technician that was cheerful and most qualified to take care of my issue. Quality Control Technician Kevin Vantongreen fixed my leak and repaired the stain on my ceiling. But he felt it was just a bandaid and went to management to hopefully eliminate the problem for the future. He was successful. Today, he spent a full day on my roof and will return to make everything absolutely perfect. I have worked in customer service my entire life. I thought this kind of attention to detail and high standards were a thing of the past. Keven proved me wrong. If I could give Kevin a 10 I would. He is a gem. Give this nice guy a medal!!!!!!
