Experienced same weird issue as other reviewers, I got ghosted by them. Efren came over and seemed very confident on issues. then he said “I will send you the quote today or next business day, and we will start the work next week.” then they disappeared.

They just ghosted me. The roof has not been fixed for two weeks. They do not pick up phone calls.

Efren gave me an estimate and he ghosted me for weeks now. As a result I rejected other roofing companies because I wanted to work with him. And now he or Yulenia don’t answer their phone, email, or text. They wasted my opportunity to get my roof done this year. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Additional services: Moss removal from roof– skylight cleaning Unique Roofing was able to offer the promptest estimate in the 98272 area. We were pressed for time, as we were listing our home for sale. Yulenia got us scheduled quickly & Efren was out to take care of everything that we needed… All timely, professional and affordable. Efren also provided us with pictures of the finished work for the home inspection. We highly recommend Unique Roofing! Thank you so much for your thorough, professional services. They were so nice and professional! We had to have our roof re-graded and a lot of repairs. He was so amazing and talked us through our options and tried to give us the most cost efficient options! They were great the whole project was done quickly and I’m so happy with our roof! It’s gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

On my initial meeting with Efron, I had a “gut instinct” that this was the man to fix my roof. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I received bids from other contractors, but they didn’t give me the same “gut instinct,” that I had with Efron. So glad I followed that instinct and hired him to do my roof repair. Now about a year later, the roof is doing great.
