Jacob was my Roof Pros Representative to replace ou hail ad critter damaged roof. We requested an expedited installation as a raccoon had just ripped a hole in the roof and rain was coming. We signed a contract and two days later the material, Jacob, and his amazing Crew arrive and started work at dawn. By 6:30 PM, the Roff was complete, clean up and magnetic sweep was complete and the crew was on their way home. Jacob was exceptional: friendly, customer oriented and focused on value-added, safety, quality. Jacob is the real deal: focused on customer satisfaction, and also quality, safety and Value Added (upgraded shingles & underlayment, step flashing at facia/joints, new upgraded 6”gutters, even rodent-proofed the roof . The crew was also amazing: Focused on job quality, work ethic and extremely safety oriented. I highly recommend Roof Pros, Jacob and his crew. Dale C

My Roof Pros reprenentative was Tyler Copsey. Tyler to me and my family is Roof Pros! Tyler came and provided a detail survey of.our hail damage. He reviewed everything in great detail and articulated what needed to be done and how long it would take. He was on our job daily ensuring his crews were doing a quality install. I recommended Tyler and Roof Pros to friends of.ours and they too were very pleased at his service and follow through. Roof Pros and Tyler were very professional, concerned with safety and updated us daily. He is the only person that will do our Roofs moving forward.

Tyler has done 4 roofs for our family, the most recent being 8,000sf and very challenging. He and his crew did a superb job. Great experience from start to finish! Cullen explained everything clearly, worked with my insurance company even though they took way too long to pay, and was helpful and positive throughout the entire process. Roofers were in and out in a day – no issues or leaks 6 months later. Highly recommend!
