We had a leaky window and another contractor recommended Koontz, since we needed someone who could pull off the siding to identify the source of the leak. Brandon came out and did find some water damage around the window frame and assured us that they could help with the situation. When the team came to install the new window, they found significant rot and also some structural issues – more than anyone anticipated – across the full south side of our home. We had to pivot quickly to navigate several changes to the project and Koontz helped with that. They coordinated work well with our other contractor, as structural issues and termite damage were addressed. Long story short: the Koontz project went from replacing one window and some framing, to installing flashing over a rubber roof, four new windows and a new sliding door, and replacing the siding. Then we decided to replace the gutters in order to avoid future water damage as well. Our installation team was wonderful – Mike and Adam demonstrated a strong work ethic and genuine care for us and our home. They cleaned up their worksite with every visit. We had a little problem with our new sliding door and they were out quickly to address it. Estimates for the work were all in line; communication was good from start to finish. I recommend Koontz without hesitation.

I contacted several companies for quotes for storm damage to my roof, gutters, downspouts, shutters, and porch columns. Koontz Construction could repair it all instead of managing several contractors, and they worked well with my insurance company. Everything is now done and I am very happy with the completed work. I would highly recommend them for your work.

Arrived early and prepared our yard for the tear off. Had old roof removed in 1 hr and onto the new one. The crew was polite and worked very hard in the heat. They completed the project in less than 6.5 hrs and left the area immaculate. This was our second time working with Koontz and would highly recommend them.

I had couple of roof repairs, and gutters on front of house. Koontz was able to come out and fix the repairs in about one week. I really liked the speedy service I received. Everyone at Koontz’s was pleasant to work with. I would recommend Koontz.

Koontz replaced our roof, siding, and a window after a storm knocked a tree down on the house. They were prompt, professional, and reassuring of repairing the damage. Very happy with everything. I got 3 bids, and Koontz wasn’t the absolute lowest, but the price was fair for a complete new roof, and the earlier great reviews here convinced me. The work was done quickly and right, and communication was very good. The workers accidentally damaged something minor, and Koontz made it right quickly. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Koontz installed a new roof on our house last month. Julio was easy to work with, inspected the old roof thoroughly to diagnose the problems, and followed through on the new roof installation in a timely manner. We appreciate the fair price we were charged and also the quality of the shingles used (Malarkey 40-year sustainable polymer asphalt shingles). Julio even coordinated with the solar panel installation company about the timing of the removal and reinstall of our panels. We would recommend Koontz.
