New roofs can be an expensive and long process and you just hope and pray the Company is Reputable and their employees are skilled. Issues with a new roof can be frustrating and damaging to your home and a lot of roofers aren’t around long enough to honor a warranty. That’s not the case with Craig Goucker roofing. I contacted Craig in May to install asphalt roof and fascia and gutters. They arrived on time, stripped and shingled my roof in less than 8 hours, on the hottest day of the year with temps in the mid 90’s. The Next day Jim and his crew arrived at 6:30 to finish the flashing and gutters. I could not be happier with Craig Goucker. From Kristin to each and every other person who worked on my house. The Entire process was very easy. One important thing to mention is after the Job was complete I noticed a few Minor issues and I contacted Kristin on a Saturday, Never expecting a response until Monday, They responded back same day and Monday morning I received a call that they were on their way to fix the issues. If you are looking for a new roof be sure to contact Crag Goucker roofing. I obtained 4 estimates while shopping. Craig wasn’t the cheapest nor the priciest but the pice of mind you get knowing they truly have your best interests and satisfaction in mind is worth paying a few dollars more. I promise you will not be disappointed should you hire them for your next Job.

We heard about this place through a pamphlet we received in the mail. Since our siding was falling apart with pests living inside and our roof needed work, this was a timely advertisement. We contacted a couple companies about our siding and a couple about our roof. We ended up going with Craig Gouker for both our roof and siding for our house, and they did a phenomenal job. They had a nice showroom floor with friendly staff and a friendly receptionist to give us some tips, and the reps that came and looked at our property to submit the proposal did a great job explaining the project. The crew showed up on time and completed the entire project in less than a week, and they were awesome — super friendly, and frankly fun to be around and talk with in passing. They worked so hard and were so careful and respectful of our home (I work from home). I’m so glad for the work they did, and I will definitely recommend this place to people I come across.

Called for an estimate and was told I be contacted next day when someone was on the way to the property. I was never contacted and never received insight on why besides “some of the existing conditions”

We recently had Craig Gouker Roofing replace our roof and sky lights. We can not say enough for the exceptional work and professionalism we encountered with this company. We are so pleased with the work that was preformed from Brian’s initial contact, Christy’s help, and the crew that arrived to do the work! I hired Craig Gouker roofing to replace the roof, soffit, facia and gutters on my home, and also hired them to replace the roof on my parents’ home. The representative at the showroom in Bethel Park was very, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about product selection, the repairs were easy to schedule. The crews showed up on time and delivered quality workmanship at a competitive price. No payment was requested until the work was satisfactory completed. I’d highly recommend Craig Gouker Roofing.

Excellent service from project estimation to clean up! Competitive price and quality materials and work! Bethel Park Showroom allows you to pick color of shingles and shutters with professional help from Kristin if needed. Crew members Ryan and Joe and all encountered were polite, professional and quick to finish the job. 100% satisfied and highly recommend Craig Gouker Roofing!

We got a professional estimate right away from a company that knows roofing. From the day we agreed to do the job to the day it was installed was less than week.
