We needed our roof replaced recently due to hail damage from a storm in our area almost two years ago. We had no idea that our homeowner’s insurance may cover the damage until we had NW Quality Roofing come out for a quote to replace our roof. We knew our neighbors had all started replacing their roofs and figured ours was about as old. So, in getting the quote, we also found out we could make a claim to help pay for it. Everyone from the first person to the last person that worked and interacted in the process of replacing our roof were professional, respectful, courteous and responsive. Our roof is done, and it looks beautiful. We would highly recommend them.

We’ve used Northwest Quality Roofing several times for a new roof installation on multiple properties, and have been more than satisfied with their work and their staff professionalism. It’s almost literally just a phone call and they’re off and running to schedule you for a visit to get started! The bathroom fan inside the house was leaking water onto the floor at a rental property. We had it inspected and it turned out to be a vent on the roof. We had no idea the roof was in that bad of shape, so we called the experts at Northwest Quality to replace it. They replaced it in one day and provided new vents that are smaller and sleeker than any I’ve seen before, and now the entire ridgeline of the roof IS the ventilation system! We went with Peppercorn for our color, and it looks fantastic!! Oh yeah, they also install safety D-rings on every job throughout the roof, so if someone needs to go up on the roof in unsafe conditions, the safety system is already there. They think of everything! Very professional, and very nice to work with. Never any problems or hiccups, and NO EXCUSES. We’re so glad to recommend them to anyone.

Horacio came (not just on time, a wee bit early!) to do an inspection on my roof as I thought I might have roof damage and roof is 20 years old. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. Horacio thoroughly provided a detailed inspection and stated with detail what he thought. He indicated the roof didn’t need replacing; that it might in 3-4 years. The inspection was no charge! Tremendous service from personable Horacio. Thank you!

It was a total pleasure doing business with Jake and Craig. The price of my roof replacement was reasonable, as well as cheaper than another one I had gotten. Excellent workmanship, which Craig came out and inspected after it was all done. Their clean-up was also stellar!
