On time, friendly, explained the damage that was done and then he fixed it right away instead of having us wait for him to come out another day. What service could beat that? Would HIGHLY! recommended Sam and his company. I was so impressed with the service and price of this company that I asked for several business cards to give to my friends and family Looking for an honest company look no further for Last Stop Roofing ROCKS!!! give them a call you’ll be glad you did. Fantastic to work with from beginning to end not to mention quick and professional. Our insurance company was awful but with Sam’s guidance we were able to get what we needed to get our roof done. Last Stop Roofing Inc. was top notch all the way from getting the storm damage appraised, negotiating with my insurance, replacing the roof and completing the job. John Havrish was the best and was there to advise every step of the way. I’m really grateful I had such an easy experience.

All my contacts with Last Stop Roofing were with John. He did an outstanding job coordinating with the insurance company, picking out colors for the roofing tiles and gutters and once it stopped raining and warmed up sent out a crew that completed the job in a day and a half. A second crew came out a few days later and did the gutters. Kept me informed timely throughout the project.

Had found this company on Angi list. Had a tree branch fall through the roof due to a storm and make a sizable hole in the roof. One of the rafters also broke due to the damage. Paid a deposit and got scheduled in a timely fashion for repairs. They came out and did some good repair work in about 3 hours. Overall pretty happy. It rained a couple of days after and I haven’t seen any evidence of water buildup on the inside of the house. I was a little unsure about the payment process there was a point in time I tried to pay right away but I couldn’t because I didn’t have a link or anything to go on. Everyone should be paid for their good work so I just think that process just has to be refined a bit to make it a little easier for every one involved.

I worked with Last Stop when my parents’ roof was damaged during a hailstorm. The damage was noted during an insurance inspection, and Last Stop was one of three vendors who gave us estimates. Not only were they the cheapest, but seemed the most trustworthy. James even recommended that we file a claim with the old insurance to cover the cost– which worked! He also provided a PDF with pictures and narrative so I could turn that in to the new insurance company. All documents were easy to access on the company portal. It can be hard to take care of your parents from a distance, but Last Stop Roofing made it super easy!

Had a great experience with this company. They fixed my roof leak without trying to up sell me or do work that was not needed. They responded quickly, were professional and friendly.
