Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland’s sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn’t work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead time, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we’ve seen, and he’s just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That’s the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough.

I had Jon replace cement tiles on my roof as well as clean my roof and gutters. He and his team were great to work with and did a great job. I would highly recommend this business.

Owner never returned my calls. January 23 2023 your roofer damage my car paint of my hood. I reported to Fernando. I called your company. Your employee forward your number. I called you multiple times. Your owner and your company never returned my calls

3 years ago, they did a full roof replacement plus a torch-down on a flat roof extension. Looks beautiful, no leak issues. After the ice storm in 12/2022, there was leakage in the flat roof area. Even with all the emergency roof issues caused by the storm, Jon and Victor contacted me within days, scheduled a time to inspect and then made a repair for the damage caused by the ice storm. Very professional. Kept me informed.

We have a large home with a cedar shake roof. Over 15 years of ownership I have cleaned the roof several times but the job is starting to exceed my capabilities. Quality Roof was one of several companies that were contacted. Most would not touch cedar but Quality came out, surveyed and inspected the project and provided a bid within days. First, cleaning. Pressure washing was the only way to get rid of the accumulation of debris and re-reveal the wood. It was also a chance to closely inspect for damaged shakes. Numerous shingles were replaced and then we had to wait for a dry period (this was February) for the preservative to be applied. The project was completed and we are extremely happy with the professionalism and really hard work the guys put in. Looking for repairs and/ cleaning? Put Quality Roof at the top of your list!

Quality roof installed my roof about 7 years ago. Every contractor I’ve had work at my house has always commented about how well done the roof is. John has always been prompt to any calls I have. Anytime I call he answers right away. Along with minor issues that I’ve called about he has come to look and gave me an honest and accurate evaluation. I recommend them to everyone I know.
