I had major water issues that a builder omitted to correct and several contractors attempt to repair. My neighbor recommended Commercial Roofing Contractors & CRC Home Services 410roofthis- John and his crew came and diligently addressed and repaired all my leakage problems with the roof where others couldn’t. In addition, I had to replace a plastic skylight that was cracking and leaking. I now have a beautiful real skylight. Thank you John, and team for coming to the rescue on one of the hottest summer days to repair the roof and skylight at my rowhouse! I highly appreciate and recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work!

John came out and did a thorough inspection of our church roof; presenting pictures, descriptions and price options when meeting with us in person. John and his crew were on the job each day until the job was done. He explained what was happening each step of the job which helped me to know what he was doing and to explain it to others. I appreciate their honesty, workmanship and I’m satisfied the roof no longer leaks. I would recommend Commercial Roofing Contractors.

John and his team have done an impeccable on my commercial roofing project! They were on time, cleaned up their mess, and worked long days to catch up after some pretty nasty weather delays. 10/10 will work with them again!

The roof on my house was in bad shape. We had several people/companies on our roof thinking we were getting the work done. I saw the billboard for roof this and decided to do some homework. I first inquired about an estimate through email. By chance, some guys were on my block passing out flyers and I told them I tried to get through. They were apologetic and came out immediately to give me an estimate. They were straight forward with me about the damage. At this point I wanted it done. They came and installed my roof. The workers were very nice, knowledgeable, clean, fast, and efficient. They made sure I understood everything that was going on. The price was more than reasonable. And coincidentally, it rained the night my roof was done and no leaks!!!!!!!! Thank you guys again!!!
