I had BSW redo our roof and A/C about 5 years ago and everything went very smoothly. Francisco was great to work with and very responsive to questions and phone calls. Our electric bill came way down and we’ve had lots of compliments from neighbors. Recently a palm tree fell and did damage. The insurance adjuster came out and could not stop talking about the quality and workmanship. So of course we had BSW do the repairs. Totally satisfied.

I had BSW come in to check our roof. Vito was very quick to respond, friendly, and professional. He fixed some minor weather damage on our roof and was kind enough to do it free of charge. Highly recommend, thank you so much the excellent service!

I contacted BSW because I had a redwood tree blow down and hit my roof. I had several damaged tiles and was concerned about the rain. I contacted them on a Thursday and by Friday the damage was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. They treated me like family. What a great experience. Paula Fanucchi

Patio was leaking where solar panels were. We had insurance so company called BSW ,to fix it, it took months for them to come. When they came said the whole roof need to come down. They took top layer off remove 3 plywood panels and covered it, leaving bad plywood that broke and cracked when the solar panels company came to install panels. They wouldn’t reinstall cause job wasn’t done right and their name was going on the roof it would leak again. BSW was upset cause they has to come out to fix it again ,but if they had done it right the first time, there wouldn’t have. I would never call them to do work out of pocket.

I spoke to Patrick In 5/2023. It took me a while to decide to go with BSW, mainly because they are local and are located close to home. In 1st week of December I get a t/c from Ron, asking if they can start on my roof. Ofcourse I agreed. Canceled everything else and ran home. An hour later, I get another call, from Ron, stating they would need to come out the following day. Friday morning the crew shows up to tear off the roof. After the roof was completely gone, I asked if they were done and what the next step was(my garage is completely open as there is not a ceiling) ,to which I stated it could not stay like that. When they would be returning(temperatures were going to be in the mid 30s). They did not know so they called Ron. When I asked, Ron, if they would be covering my attic and when work would continue. Ron informed me, ” no rain predicated and we will not be back until Monday. I insisted on having a, plastic cover on the garage. Hung up with Ron, since he did not see any urgency in getting my roof completed, due to the cold temperatures. I called Patrick who took immediate action and got the roofers to continue with the installation on Saturday. Ron showed up on my front lawn on Sat. Never knocked on my door to introduce himself. I asked him who he was and he replied: the one you are mad at.???? I later found out that Ron was my contact person who should of kept me informed on the work, taking place. Not sure why, Ron is still employed with BSW, the rest of the crew are happy, hard working guys who work non stop and deserve ALL the credit along with Patrick. Work started on a Thursday done by the following Monday. I recommend BSW but, if Ron is your go to person I would ask for someone else. I am Elderly, I try to inform myself on my roof as much as possible them I come to find out SOMEONE from this company could of made this transaction an easier one and they choose not to, because HE/RON, assumed I was mad at him because I wanted my roof completed due to low temperatures and the fact they made money of off me. What is better, as a Company, then to take care of your “Customers”.

I have worked with Luis from BSW to repair and/or replace three different sections of my roof now as issues arose. He is easy to work with and sends detailed plans of the repair jobs that are to take place. If there is an issue, he is quick to respond and assist. My parents worked with BSW over 30 years ago on their home and now I choose to work with them on my home. I appreciate that they are local and quick to answer a phone call.

We just used BSW Roofing and Solar to repair a solar and roofing issue caused three years ago by our original solar installer. There were several months of communication with the team at BSW prior to the work beginning, and they just finished the job. I can’t say enough about how great BSW handled this somewhat complicated situation.They were extremely professional and great at communicating with us throughout the process. Edgar, Curtis, Ron, and Francisco were all so helpful! We are also neighbors with a major homebuilder in town, who says , “They are the best.“ We are so glad to have worked with them. I highly recommend BSW!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME calling other roofing companies for estimates. I accompanied a friend who was meeting with Francisco to get an estimate to replace her roof. Since I needed a new roof, I also had him look at mine. I have another friend who had recently used BSW to do his roof and solar. I also watched the BSW Story, where BSW has been voted Best of the Best each year since 2014. So for me, getting other estmates would have been a waste of my time. Now, my friend, on the other hand, ended up getting at least six estimates and she said BSW had the best price. When she asked me if I was getting any more estimates, I said, “No, everyone else has done all of the work for me.” So, I would agree with all of these 5 star reviews. It was a pleasure working with Francisco. He was available whenever I had any questions or concerns. He is an asset to the company. BSW has a great staff that really works as a team. They go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They did an amazing job on my roof. I would highly recommend them.

I have been in sales for 48 years dealing with businesses large and small evaluating the companies operations, employees and customer services. I have never rated a company higher than a 3 Star performance until today. BSW is the “BEST”. From the start with the salesman to the crews that did the work, I give 1000 kudos for jobs they completed faster than I thought possible. Complete total satisfaction. Recently I had my roof done by BSW, the experience I had with this wonderful company is beyond belief. First I called and ask for an estimate, they sent an outstanding representative Edgar Benitez to provide me with the estimate. Mr. BENITEZ walked me thru the entire process, explained what was and needed to be done. I was so impressed with his explanation that I decided to go with BSW. MR. BENITEZ thank you for taking the time to make me feel like family you are a true PROFESSIONAL. I truly recommend BSW for your roofing needs.
