Josh and his team did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing a leak in the roof that we have probably had since the house was built in 2011. The shared our concern with an approaching storm that the repair needed to be done in a matter of days. Quality Roofing Austin rebuilt the chimney and fixed 5 to 6 areas of the roof that were leaking. They next day when a major storm rolled through, not a drop leaked through to the ceiling.

They did good work and really cleaned up well. There were issues getting scheduled (longer than expected) and we wound up with a leak during the wait. However they came out same day as leak and made a temp fix which was appreciated.

Office team did a good job coordinating with solar company to get the repair work scheduled. Work was done quickly, quality looked fine although new shingles were not color matched to existing. Asked 4 times for itemized bill for Insurence company, failed to provide this and stopped responding to communications. Made my Insurence process much more

Thank you Paul & Josh with Quality Roofing. With the recent hail storms in Round Rock, Paul was out literally the next day checking my roof and providing me with a proposal. They helped me with my insurance, and answered all my questions along the way. The roof looks amazing, Josh was professional, and the service was kind! They cleaned up so well my yard looked better when they left than it did when they showed up!

Paul and Josh were amazing to work with and Josh went above and beyond to get our hail damaged roof and gutters fixed before we closed on our house! The Quality Roofing crew arrived as scheduled and worked until dark. They repaired and replaced the membrane roof of my carport. In addition Quality Roofing replaced rotted wood of the carport ceiling. I asked them to inspect the membrane on another section of the house–a section of the same age but with no visible issues. It had suffered the same deterioration but damage had not reached the interior. They measured, procured the needed material ASAP and remedied the new issues they found as an extension of the original work order. The crew documents the problems with detailed photographs for your inspection before approval of a proposal. At completion of the job they document their work with additional photographs. We have owned five houses in five cities; each house has required roof repair or replacement. I am of the opinion that you will not find a better roofing company than Quality Roofing.

Unfortunately this original company was bought out and the new owners DO NOT COVER THE ORIGINAL WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY!!! Shame on you!! If you had a roof installed less than 10 yrs ago, the new owners will provide every excuse under Satan to void the original contract. Stay away from this company
