Jeff and his crew are by far the best roofing company I have every been associated with. Fast, efficient and professional. The crew worked none stop for 13 hours. They did not work to “get the job done”, there was obvious pride in the work they were doing. Thank you to Jeff and everyone involved.

Priority Roofing just finished reroofing our house after a massive hailstorm in Woodcreek and Wimberley. The showed up before 6 am with a large crew and the roof was essentially finished by about 4:30 with about 45 moof cleanup afterwards. I had several contact folks to work with. Jeremiah and Niko were account reps that cheerfully did exactly what they said they would do and communicated very clearly the costs down to the penny and Cameron, the project manager was very attentive and helpful as well. No bait and switch, just solid descriptions of what they would do followed up with very professional work. I strongly recommend them

My roof was damaged Extensively by hail. Priority Roofing representative (Tim Searles) not only provided us with detailed knowledge of our roofs condition he also sat down with us and explained all of our available options. This information allowed us to make the best decision. Tim walked us through the complete process, I was amazed by his professionalism, consideration, and candor. A+ experience with Tom Keller at Priority Roofing. I knew I would eventually need a new roof and Tom’s timing was perfect. I filed a claim with insurance right after a major hailstorm, which happened a month prior to my hail deductible doubling. Tom was extremely helpful and knew what had to be done. Even with a less than ideal policy, he made sure we left no stone unturned. After that, Tom was able to schedule my roof replacement for that very week. The crew showed up on time and finished a 2-day roof in a day-and-a-half. I was walked thru the process step by step. The communication was top notch. Needless to say, customer service was on point. The roof job was done exceptionally well, on time and with attention to detail. They cleaned up really well afterwards too. I highly recommend Tom Keller and the Priority Roofing team!

I have been working with Zach Young and he has been amazing! He came to assess my roof and then came back out to meet the insurance adjuster just to make sure that I got it covered. He has been professional, knowledgable, and very helpful in making sure that I got what I needed covered. Highly recommend working with Priority Roofing!
