I want to compliment Michael Gonzales and the crew at Infinity Roofing for the fine new roof that they installed on my home. Michael was very professional in his approach in that he was very patient with me and helped me select the shingles and other materials that I wanted for my roof. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable about this undertaking all along the way. The crew put in a 15-hour day, beginning at 6:15 am, to remove the old roof and install the new roof. I observed their progress by drone during the day, and I know that they paid attention to every detail. They did a competent, high-quality job, one that will last for many years. Thanks guys.

We used Infinity Roofing & Restoration to remove and replace our roof after a significant hail storm. Mathew of Infinity served as our liaison between Infinity and our insurance company. His expertise resulted in a higher insurance payment. The Infinity roofers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely use Infinity in the event we ever need a new roof.

Roof was finished in one day, my dog and I sure enjoyed the quite . The staff and installation crew were very thoughtful. The outside was clean when they finished. I was very impressed with the total of the Project, from the Inspection to the completion. I hope I do not have to replace another roof, but if I do the Infinity Roofing & Restoration paperwork will be in my files. Thank you all for a job well done.

A few weeks ago we had a storm that brought tennis ball size hail. Our roof was pretty damaged. After a referral from a friend, we called Billy from Infinity Roofing. He walked us through the entire process and was extremely thorough. Not having gone through anything like this before, Billy made the process very easy. The crew did a great job and were very mindful of our patio furniture, and landscaping. We were the second roof of the day and they finished up at 9:00pm. The next evening, the crew showed up and did a thorough cleanup. We are very pleased and would highly recommend. Support this local business.

Matthew Smith at Infinity Roofing provided spectacular service from start to finish during our roof replacement, and I’d highly recommend working with him and his team before anyone else for your roofing needs. He defined professionallism by knowledgeablely helping us navigate and decide on the right material and quality of roof for our installation. This was especially helpful when our insurance provider (USAA – they used to be great) became very difficult to work and coordinate with, but Matt nudged them along to finalize their assessments while he defended a much needed higher claim that he sourced strong evidence for. He kept us informed during the entire process and was incredibly responsive to our questions while providing regular updates. Work with him and you’re guaranteed an excellent roof and experience.

My experience with Infinity Roofing and Siding is Excellent. My project manager Stewart was very friendly and helpful and stayed on top of the roofing team that did my roof. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new roof. I would also recommend Stewart as your Project Manager.

All I know is to keep my family safe under our roof, but when severe weather damaged that roof it was Matthew Smith at Infinity Roofing and Siding who knew everything about what to do, what I needed and most importantly – what I needed to make the insurance company totally satisfied. And he made sure I understood what was done, and why. His walkthrough after the work was done could not have made me happier.
