During the June 2024 rains we had a roof leak at our house. Got a quick response from Austin Roofing Company early the next morning. Mr. Benjamin Grear showed up jumped on the roof with all his equipment, located the leak area and took care of it. We asked Mr. Grear the charge, his response was “nothing, this is a small leak”. We wanted to pay for the repair but he insisted it a very small job. The rains of the last few days came, no leak. Thank you Austin Roofing Company, we are grateful.

I have had an issue with the roof leaking around the fireplace inside and outside under the roof to the covered deck! The builder had his roofer check and even redo the roof, but they did not install the flashing correctly, therefore the leaks. I called this company and Brandon Hinojo is the man. He looked at the roof and explained the problem. Of course, the decking was rotted out and had to be replaced, along with the flashing, shingles, etc. We did have a rain after the repair of a couple of inches and NO LEAKS…inside or out. I recommend this company for anyone having a problem that can’t seem to be fixed! I’m extremely happy and it is warranted for 2 years. Thank you Brandon.

After heavy rain in May, I noticed water stains on the ceiling and asked WDR to inspect it. Bryce Bell arrived at the exact appointed time and sealed the singles after the inspection. He was very nice. strongly recommend him

I felt asleep to a delightful late afternoon rainstorm and was awaken by the sound of dripping water. Ugh! Thanks to outstanding reviews on Next Door and Yelp, I called WDR and connected with Bryce who was on it! Bryce Bell was so great to work with! He knew his craft and was very thorough and detailed in explaining the steps he’d take to inspect the roof. After his inspection wereviewed the pictures together so I was clear on where the issues were (yikes!) and what his recommendation was. He explained different types of roofs, ballpark range of possible cost, and the ins and outs of insurance coverage. I felt very educated by the time he finished! Then free of charge (!), he went back on the roof and sealed around all the nail and weak areas to give me some reinforcement until I am able to get the new roof installed. It was a pleasure working with him and as a single female homeowner he took away all the stress and worry I was holding prior to his arrival. Quality experience with Bryce and WDR!
