I can’t say enough good things about Ace roofing, Maston and his whole team. Austin had a terrible hail storm recently and our roof got pelted. Maston was out and on the roof the very next day for an inspection. He said our roof met the criteria to be submitted to our insurance, got the name of our insurance company and set up a time for them to all meet at our house and evaluate. Being our first time replacing a roof, we had no idea what to do or expect. Maston was there and walked us through the whole experience answering any and all questions we had. Once we got approval from insurance, Maston provided us with shingle samples and basically all we had to do was choose our favorite and send the info back to him. When the day came to replace the roof, the entire team worked quickly and efficiently. They were very thorough and even worked in the pouring rain making sure to get everything done. My main concern was nails or scraps being left in the yard that my dogs might step on. Not only did the team go through the yard repeatedly with huge magnets but Maston himself also came back through on his final inspection to once again check the yard for metal scraps to put my mind at ease. I would (and have) recommend Ace roof and most especially Maston and his team to any and all who need a new roof in Austin.

Adam and his crew did a great job. They were highly communicative about the schedule and work, and completed it ahead of schedule. They were helpful through the whole process and the roof looks terrific.

We just replaced our roof with Ace roofing and Amous was our project manager. Everything went smoothly as they dealt with our insurance and made sure we were reimbursed properly. The install was done well and the crew was respectful and did a good job of cleaning up after. I hope I don’t need to replace my roof again but will definitely use Ace again!

Maston, the project manager, answered all our questions, kept us well informed throughout the process, starting from the estimate, all the work that would be done, how long it would take etc.. They were very precise with the details and the work was done professionally with excellent follow up by Maston.

Ace Roofing did a great job on our roof after the last big hail storm. Maston and his crew came in, took care of everything and made sure it was done right. They replaced roof, gutters and even were able to paint. Constant communication with us throughout the process and they worked with our insurance company to get things arranged. Highly recommended!

After my fiance and I put an offer on a house in Austin, we found out there was hail damage on the 20-plus year old roof—and we immediately asked our realtor for the best step to take.
