I must underscore the outstanding performance of this roofing company. Over the past two decades, we’ve had numerous roofs replaced in Atlanta, and none compare to these guys! In a mere five days, they managed to complete a top-notch job, punchlist included. Absolutely incredible. Their Operations Manager, Marvin, even visited the night before a holiday, and didn’t leave until past 9pm to make sure everything was wrapped up perfectly. Now, what roofer does that? High praise to Marvin, Roger, Derek, and the entire team. They’ve earned our trust and loyalty for years to come.

I sent my request for an estimate to Simmons & Sons Roofing LLC in February and we just completed the project last week. The team, guided by Marvin and Derek, were proficient and quick, showing up at the crack of dawn, and finishing the work within a single day. There was a slight adjustment needed, but they handled it swiftly, and up to now, I’m pleased with their work. Even though Atlanta doesn’t get much rain to really put the new roof to the test, they assured me that everything will be okay, and if any problems occur, they’ll be fully prepared to help. I genuinely valued this degree of professionalism. They were exceedingly professional, communication was seamless, and they kept me in the loop with instant quotes and progress updates. Their expertise in roofing was clear and I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. As for the price, I believe it was fair.

i had been overlooking my roof for some time and believed it was beyond fixing. i just had a chat with the boss, and he was more than willing to come and pick up the roofing signage. he was extremely pleasant and was keen to fix the issue. here’s the feedback i left for my one-star experience. i’ve discovered 2 of these signs while jogging in Atlanta. These roofing signs are left out and just contribute to littering. This one was challenging to retrieve and i had to return home to dry my feet and change into new shoes. Marvin was quite understanding about the situation and assured me this wouldn’t happen again. The overall experience turned out to be quite positive.

simmons & sons roofing llc did an excellent job repairing the dryrot damage under the eaves and fascia boards. they managed to find the exact matching replacement shingles that blend perfectly with the existing roof. marvin, roger, and derek, the crew, were professional and efficient. they completed the job and left the work area clean, free of any debris. this occurred in atlanta, and i must say, their services were top-notch.
