We had a great experience with Bell Roofing. Our roof was over 20 years old, and the house has the original 100 year old plank roof decking. Greg L did a thorough job quoting the job and gave great recommendations on shoring up our attic rafters before roofing, which were sagging (we hired our own contractor). In one day, the Bell Roof crew stripped the old shingles, placed new decking over the old planks, used Stormguard Ice & Water Shield on the roof side that will eventually get solar panels, applied the new shingles with ridge ventilation, and did a fantastic job cleaning up all around our home. But the most appreciated benefit of using Bell Roofing was their commitment to communication. We got texts with dumpster updates, and calls/texts from Greg, Alex, and Ashley constantly updating us with important details. We are recommending Bell Roofing to our neighbors!

Bell was a great all around experience- communication, timeliness, product, and clean up. Any unexpected issues that might arise were explained before the job and then communicated real time with pictures. Very pleased.

We had a real problem with an aluminum deck that was improperly installed. That resulted in some serious leaks into the house. Ricardo used several different technologies to solve the problem permanently. I would highly recommend Bell Roofing.
