Patrick Cadogan of Performance Roofing & Construction was highly recommended to me by Ryan Clifford of Catastrophe Loss Consultants. He worked with Ryan to fight for us when our insurance carrier initially denied our roof damage claim from a significant hail storm that affected our area. Patrick thoroughly inspected our roof and provided not only evidence of damage but weather reports detailing the size and severity of hail from the storm in question. Because of the efforts of Patrick and Ryan, our roof went to Appraisal and was ultimately approved by our insurance carrier. Patrick took the time to review every line item of that insurance approval, and explained the quality of products that he would be installing and their corresponding warranties. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His team arrived early to begin work on the day we were scheduled, and he assigned a highly communicative project manager who stayed on site throughout the project. Patrick himself visited our work site several times a day, and took several videos showing the damage to the underlying plywood and before/after photos of areas that were replaced. His interior remediation team is also highly skilled and detail oriented. They repaired damaged sheetrock and matched the paint perfectly so that our home was completely restored. I highly recommend Patrick and his entire team at Performance Roofing & Construction. They are honest, hard working, highly communicative and professional.

Quality materials, good installers, fair pricing. Installion was a day and few hours cleanup. Pat walked me through claim process and paperwork. Found no faults with Performance’s work or materials and will recommend to others. First time since 2020 Covid have felt good about a contractor having worked upon my home. Thanks Pat 👍👍

Post storm damage we were approached by multiple companies for repairs. After issues with a well known company, we called Matt. Matt and Colton fixed our fence, roof, and patio damage post storm. They were 100% professional start to finish, communicated at all times, and worked with a team who did a top notch job. We will 100% use them again should we need them!

Performance Roofing & Construction was recommended to us by a neighbor whose roof was replaced by them last year. Patrick met with us, inspected our roof and from that moment on took care of the entire process from beginning to end. With all the preliminary paperwork done and design choices made they showed up at 6:30 in the morning and worked until after 9 o’clock that night. Then the same crew showed up again this morning at 6:30 and completely finished the job and cleaned up everything. We were concerned about the swimming pool in the back, but they had completely covered that and now it’s sparkling clean just like it was before. We are pleased that they took a video of our roof and the whole process and posted it on TikTok. We definitely recommend this amazing company to anyone who needs a new roof. Patrick replaced my roof in 2021. He handled everything from dealing with the insurance to completion of the work. When we sold our house in 2024, we needed minor warranty work. He was highly responsive and sent a crew out immediately giving me the same time and attention you would expect in a new sale. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking for roofing services.

Excellent experience. Mr Cadogan responded the same day to inspect an issue I had with my room after heavy rains. He came out and figured out the problem in about 30 seconds! Gave me advice and very reasonable quote. Work was done next day and pictures were provided before and after while I was at work. Communication is key and performance nails it. Biggest thing here is after Mr Cadogan gave me my quote, I contacted my insurance company to cancel the claim I initiated and they were shocked that a roofer wasn’t trying to replace my whole roof. They told me (usaa) to keep their card and I most certainly will (khov built my house). Give performance a ring if you need anything for your roof.
