Fantastic company! Installed a metal roof on our home which was damaged by hurricane Ian. Total time from contract to finished install was about 3 weeks. Excellent staff! Woody, Jim, Christy, Jason and sidekick Diesel, and Rudy and his installation crew all pitched in to give us a beautifully finished product! The neighbors love it! Thanks guys! Day 1: tarps and plywood placed on the driveway before dumpster arrival Day 2: tear off begins and before I know it, the materials are delivered, installation begins, and everything is completed by Day 9!!!

Jeremy Wood and his team have been doing Stone coated roofs for Neumann roofing for the past several months. Amongst the craziness of the hurricane Ian repairs and reroofs they have tons above and beyond to communicate and get these stone coated roofs done in a professional and timely manor. I have been impressed with the experiences I have had with Garvin working alongside me getting these jobs done!

From Day 1, communication with Woody has been on point. Quality of the material and options were perfect for our area. We got a great warranty and the metal stone coated product we picked out was in stock. They took care of the permit and material was delivered on time. Work started on time. 2 days to rip off original shingled roof and damaged metal roof. Passed inspection on the first visit. That goes to the quality workmanship of the first crew ran by Rudy, even though he was working with only half his cree. Then it took the 8 man crew only 1 day to complete the metal installation. We were so pleased with the constant professional communication and the the workmanship. The deposit was reasonable and we hope this is the last roof we will ever need.

Best experience ever with any contractor! This business was recommended to us (3 unit condo) by the product manufacture and by a roofing association and I can see why. This company was a pleasure to work for from the minute they responded to the situation at our Condo. After another contractor left our building exposed to the elements and did questionable workmanship, Garvin Metal Roofs stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Woody worked with us on a very detailed quote, answered all our questions, made several revisions to make sure that we knew exactly what we were getting. He visited our building several times, he provided us samples of the product, he accommodated the 3 owners 100%. He provided us Mike’s name to align on our financing options. Every step of this project was communicated, on time and to perfection. The crew was professional, polite, they protected our building and our pool and they cleaned up daily. Garvin Metal Roofs started on April 18th (materials delivered) and completed the project in 3 weeks (May 8th, completed 100%). They installed Tilcor metal tiles, CF Shingle style, Color: Charcoal Blend on the buildings mansard. They did flat roof repairs/work and installed scupper/downspouts. The owners at this building highly recommend Garvin Metal Roofs! Woody, Mike, Ryan, Rudy, Christy….everyone was amazing!

Feb 2017 had a metal roof installed needed some minor repair work done after our winter of 2020, they back their product and did a great job I am glad I purchased a Garvin Metal Roof.
