Our rep, Tony Cruze, and the Legacy work crew have single-handedly restored my faith. From our first meeting with Tony, and throughout the entire process, the Legacy commitment to excellence has been extraordinary. The work was done quickly and I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail that the crew paid to finishing up and cleaning up. Plus, a satellite dish I wanted removed was mistakenly replaced. When I contacted Tony about it he was very gracious about taking care of it. Someone came out the very next day to take it down and even made a circuit of the yard to make sure the cleanup was perfect. Thank you, Legacy! You are an impressive company.

It was a pleasure working with Legacy Roofing from the very beginning to the end of a full roof replacement. Quality and service was spot on. Tony Cruz was always there to answer questions and to provide updates immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their next roofing project.

I contacted Legacy and met with John Quintana who is professional, experienced in the business, and efficient. He doesn’t use pushy sales tactics or pressure you in any way (as I’ve encountered with other roofing companies). John explained their products, process, and timeline of what to expect. Also, that he would be present the day of replacement, and available afterward to handle any concerns; which he made good on. The roof and gutters were completed several weeks after initial agreement, and it all looks great! I had a couple minor concerns after job completion. I contacted John and he immediately corrected the issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience, as it was a relief compared to prior bad experiences with other businesses. I highly recommend Legacy Roofing.

Legacy Roofing (Joe Herman @ North Ridgeville in particular) is an amazing company. From the first meeting is measuring, discussing particulars in different options to the tear off/installation to clean up, I can say without hesitation, I have and will continue to recommend Joe to anyone in my circles of influence needing their service lines. I am very pleased and impressed.

Upper management believes anything anymore no morals very toxic work place there is 2 crews that this place has that is solid the rest I will pray for Tried to screw me out of my last paid check. All parties involved with me losing my jobs should have lost their job. I asked to be moved from a particular crew because of the Foreman. Well, not even a week or 2 later. They stuck me right back with that. Same toxic person that came after me with a weapon. I’m on a roof surrounded by rotten roof that looks like Swiss cheese.And I had to pull out a knife to get him to stop.He had a giant spud.Bar in his hand this place Once to enforce rules so bad, but they don’t follow them. Themselves, such as not driving the company vehicles on their own free time, but the higher-ups are allowed. This place loves drama. I would not recommend anyone wanting to work here unless they put you on one of the crews that I was talking about at the top of the comment. I can not imagine this place being around much longer. If the field supervisors would have done their job and not hid the incident from h.R I would still have my job.Why was I put back with the same person who I was moved from

Joe and his team did an amazing transformation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf, even when it took many MONTHS for my insurance company to respond and issue a request for the next steps. Joe would reach out periodically just to touch base even when there were no results or updates. It was amazing not to have to be the one to reach out and keeps tabs on the progress. The expertise and professionalism during these negotiations were remarkable even with the most challenging and obscure roadblocks were encountered during numerous occassions. (I do NOT recommend my insurance company any longer – this should be that much more meaningful in the obstacles that Legacy Roofing navigated on my behalf). When it came time for the actual projects – extremely fast and efficient. The roof was done in a day or two, siding done within a few days due to weather, and while the siders were fininishing up the gutter company pulled in and it felt like my entire house was set up with gutters in just a few minutes. I couldn’t believe it was finished so quickly and done well. Communication was fantastic and expectations were discussed clearly and set ahead of time; When followed through, were spot on. When I voiced that I was unsure of options in my choices Joe was able to offer recommendations based on experience but it never felt like I was being persuaded. From the female experience, it’s extremely frustrating when I have frequently dealt in the past with various handypersons and mechanics who prefer to seek out my partner, my dad, or other male presence for discussions instead of me directly. I have a lot of gratitude for the ease of this experience. It feels like it’s a brand new house. Neighbors that I have never interacted with previously took the time to stop by and comment on how phenomenal the progress was. I’m so thankful that I found this company.

This originally started as a negative review due to the ruts left in my yard when they did the work on my neighbors house. However, after reaching out and speaking with Tony Cruz this has changed into a positive experience. They did a good job on the work next door, including cleaning up after themselves. Tony understood I was upset about my yard being rutted and offered nothing but solutions. He came back within a few days and took care of it and reached back out to make sure I was happy with the outcome. At the end of the day stuff happens, Tony Cruz offered nothing but solutions, and he made sure I was satisfied.

After seeing multiple people mention Legacy on my town’s Facebook page, I gave Joe Herman a call (also because he’s local to me). The recent windstorms had ripped some flashing from part of my roof. Joe was out to assess the damage and quote very quickly, the work was done in a timely manner (after the unsafe freezing weather had passed), and the replacement looks good as new! I would definitely recommend Legacy, and am keeping them in mind for future projects when they come up.
