Called them last Friday because some of the shingles around my chimney blew away. Had no follow up on scheduling. And then called again the following Monday, they said Hector will call back to schedule. Still nothing. Roof is under warranty and seems like they are trying to get away from fixing it.

I have a 2 year old roof on my house and have now had no less than 5 leaks. When you call they tell you the warranty department will get back with you and every time it has taken no less than 3 calls to get someone to call you back. I am now on 1 week in on 2 current leaks on the roof. This is if you can get the office to answer the phone rather than their answering service that can only pass a message along. My next step is to just go to their office to speak with someone.

I don’t know if your company does good work. I DO know that one of your employees has a very unprofessional attitude. He put a business card on my door, right next to the ‘No Soliciting’ sign. So, I asked him if he knows what that means. He gave a snide remark, “I have a permit” to which I repeated, do you know what no soliciting means? He mumbled something and drove off. This is NOT acceptable or professional behavior and it reflects badly on your company.
