We had a great experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Janessa to discuss the project and we valued her suggestions and recommendations. On Wednesday, November 1st, the electricians arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Later that morning, Janessa stopped by to do a thorough walk through. Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed in one day. Their work ethic is amazing and they did an excellent job. We will definitely use Mase Electric again, as well as recommend them to others.

I recently hired Mase Electric to change my outdated circuit breaker box for a new one, the job done was perfect with very professional work performed. Mase Electric has now helped my family after two floods that left us completely without power. With small children and an elderly grandparent in the home they worked wonders and got us back up and running in record time – including reaching out to their contacts at Con Ed to expedite the fix required on that end. Janessa and her entire team are friendly, responsive, professional and they do great work. Extremely high quality at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mase Electric. They are knowledgeable, professional and there are no surprise fees. I’ve had issues in the past with contacting companies and was a little skeptical but their guys came and did a great job.

Not a relible company.Had appointment which was cancelled due to death in family. Of course I understood and assumed they would call to schedule. They never called. I left for vacation and since over a month had passed when i returned, I called Mase. I had two cordial phone conversations with Janesa of Mase. She asked for photos and “I’ll work to find the fixtures today,” she said. Never heard from her. Found another electrician who is reliable. Be smart: don’t call Mase.

Family-owned business that is super responsive and gets the job done. I have had trouble finding good electricians over the years and finally found the shop where I will bring all my electrical needs from now on. They solve what others can’t seem to process and they are highly professional and proficient. What a relief!
