5 stars, Christianson’s answered the phone on the first call, scheduled me on the spot, a wonderful technician named Vincent called ahead to confirm he was on the way and he arrived on time and fixed our central aircon in 15 minutes. He had actual needed parts in the truck! NOT “we will put it on order and hope it comes in a couple weeks, and reschedule with you”. Love these people, will call them every time. Reasonable price too considering we are pretty far out from their office.

Christianson’s Furnace Repair and Air Conditioning is a great business! They came out the same day we called and did all they could to try to repair our air conditioner and furnace, but recommended our 20 year old system should be replaced. We were told we would be putting money into a system that wasn’t working efficiently and it probably wouldn’t last too much longer. They were right! It went out the next day. The repairman set it up to get our new system installed the next day! All the workers were very professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful! We are very happy with our new system already. We highly recommend this business to everyone!! Thank you all so much for going out of your way to make this process easier for us!! There are no words to express our gratitude!!

Wife called Christianson’s and spoke with Vincent about our problem. Al texted us and let us know he was en route. Al had the part replaced within 15 minutes of getting here. Very friendly. Helped us get a good nights sleep! Will use Christiansen’s again if we have another hvac issues.

Our heat pump stopped cooling during the evening of a 95 degree day. We started calling companies offering emergency hour services. Most were booked out for days. Christianson’s Furnace and AC Repair had Vincent at our house within an hour (10 pm). He diagnosed the problem, found the needed part and was back the next day. Vincent kept us informed as to when he would arrive and the AC was back up and running in less than 24 hours during a NW heatwave. We couldn’t be happier. Christianson’s has earned our loyalty.
